This was our sixth or seventh time staying in one of John’s duplex. Always comfortable and reliable. Love its central location to the park, downtown and the beach.

Aside from a slight mix up with the cleaning team, which John immediately made right, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend this property. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and comfortable for our whole family. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. We loved that our extended family was able to stay in the other side of the duplex for a good part of the stay. It was nice to be together but also be able to go to our own prospective sides. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderfully comfortable, relaxing stay. The property was very well equipped, the furniture was comfortable, and the location was fantastic. Very close to the center of town with easy access to the shops and restaurants, but on a lovely, quiet street with a park right across the road. The owner was very communicative before and during our stay.

Such a fantastic location and home! We came with my two young children and my parents and we had a wonderful time! You can’t beat the location, it is across the street from the park, and you can walk to all the main stores and restaurants and it’s a short walk to the beach!

Excellent location close to beach as well as park. Very clean and fully stocked with everything we could have needed. This is a historic home that has been updated, so there are some quirks due to the age of the house, but that just adds to the overall experience. Beds/mattresses were super comfortable.
