This tidy, happy-go-lucky ranch house will cheer you the moment you set eyes on it, with its red door, shutters and awning. A concrete walkway leads from the street to the front door, and another path connects the front door with the gravel driveway, which ends beneath a retro carport to keep your vehicle clean and dry.
Step through the front door and find yourself in an open, attractive common room with living and dining areas, decorated with elegant and comfortable modern furniture and a soothing color palette.
The living area is perfect for long conversations and family movie nights, with a large wall-mounted TV opposite a sofa and loveseat clustered around a coffee table.
On the other end of the room, youâll find a lovely dining table with seating for 6. The dining area is entirely open to the kitchen with an unobstructed view between rooms.
This is a kitchen where you can really roll up your sleeves and indulge your inner chef! Enjoy a suite of full-size stainless-steel appliances that includes a French door refrigerator with in-door ice and water dispensers, a range with cooktop and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Be our guest and make use of a complete set of chefâs knives, coffee maker, electric water kettle, toaster, blender, even a slow-cooker! Youâll find plenty of cabinets and ample counter space, plus a double-sided sink.
Just off of the dining room, a laundry area is hidden discreetly behind the drapes, with a full-size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and garment steamer. If youâve got to look good where youâre going, this home has you covered.
Everyone in your party will find a tranquil place to rest or spend some âme timeâ. All three bedrooms are delightfully decorated with contemporary, inviting furniture, and each is appointed with a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and closet. Every bedroom has the added convenience of a desk, chair, and desk lamp â perfect for anyone working during their visit. One desk is a gamer setup/workstation.
The bathroom is warm and pleasantly decorated and includes a sink vanity with storage underneath and a combination tub/shower.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in than 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process
All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
Dog Policy
This house is NOT pet friendly. Please be respectful of this rule to keep it safe for any guests who stay after you who might have pet allergies. This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness. There are 2 window AC units - one in the living room and one in the back bedroom.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they may be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.
