This beautifully updated and designed condo offers both comfort and style. The living room features a 55-inch Smart TV, a cozy sofa, and a dining table that seats four. Connected to the living space, the kitchen includes a breakfast bar with upgraded appliances, providing everything you need for meal preparation. Adjacent to the living room is a den/office that offers a spacious work area and a guest bath. You can enjoy stunning views of the golf course from both the living room and the den/office space. The unit features an air conditioning garage for two vehicles, and a full-size washer and dryer.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom features a king bed, a large closet, a 43-inch Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bath with a tub and shower combo.
OUTDOORS
The closest pool is just across the street and 3 buildings down. Palm Desert Resort Country Club has a regulation 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools & spas, and a Clubhouse. Memberships are required to use Tennis and Pickleball. Find more information on Tennisinapickle. The Tennis and Pickleball club is independently operated and owned and not associated with Palm Desert Vacation Properties/Itrip Palm Desert. Gated Community with 24-hour security. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
