We did enjoy our stay, however, we did have a few issues: We found 4 cockroaches in the house, the front door had a small gap at the top of the door which we plugged up with paper towels, the master sink on the right side had no cold water and there was a small leak on the left sink. Also, I thought the pictures were a little deceiving.

Great location

Great location, quiet road and only minutes away from stores and restaurants. The place could be cleaned better, the bottoms of our feet were black, pool was never clean as the filter didn’t seem to be working. Hot tub was always cold or burning hot, never a great temperature. Kitchen is well stocked.

Stay was ok

After 4 days of a hot tub that was 'warm' and washer that sounded like a train coming thru the house, the issues were finally fixed. Cleanliness was ok. But walking through the house from the 1st day on in barefeet, the bottom of my feet were so dirty/black, as was everyone elses. Weve rented houses in Ft Myers for over 10 years and never had that. So I would say it was an 'ok' stay.

Everything you need

Everything my sister and me needed was in this vacational rental. We were happy with this older but clean rental. Only complaint was tvs were difficult to setup to watch our favorite movie channels. Definitely German oriented!

Hot Summer Florida Vacation

We stayed in this VRBO when it was steamy hot in Florida! The VRBO offered cool air conditioner during the mid day heat. The kids would have lived in the swimming pool if we would have let them! We would have liked to park our car in the garage but the owners car is kept in the garage. It is a safe neighborhood...we just wanted to get our car out of the blazing sun. We went through one lightening storm and it blew out the modem so for a few days we didn't have internet but that wasn't something anyone could really do anything about.

Fantastic vacation home

We loved our time here! Clean house, great pool with a nice view of the canal. Very quiet neighborhood but close to stores and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable as was the living room furniture! Hope to stay again in the future!

Super Urlaub

Zusammen mit Freunden inzwischen das 5. Mal in der Region gewesen. Auf Grund der stark gestiegenen Preise aber nicht mehr auf Marco Island sondern hier. Das Haus steht dem was wir gewohnt waren aber in nichts nach. Wir waren grĂ¶ĂŸtenteils draußen und wurden von Pool und Spa nicht enttĂ€uscht. Am 2. Tag ist die Klimaanlage ausgefallen (Bauteile kaputt) und wurde umgehend repariert. Also auch bei Problemen sehr angenehm. Kann man nur empfehlen

Just as described!

This house was perfect for our girls trip of three. The master bedroom is very nice - big, clean, lots of space. The twin room is as described. The third room was a little small. The kitchen is VERY well stocked. On to the good stuff; the pool and hot tub!! Wow, beautiful space, pool is very clean and offers plenty of full sun for tanning. Great location, property manager was excellent to communicate with. We would definitely return!

Nice property, Quiet and Relaxing

Very nice property, a bIt out of the way. Most restaurants, bars and things to do in downtown Cape Coral are about 20 minutes away. This house is laid out great, master on one side of the house with the other two bedrooms on the opposite side. Very large lanai with a great view of the canal, pool and hot tub. We spent most of our time outside, very quiet and peaceful!! Loved watching the boats go bye.

Very nice home just as described

This house is equipped with anything you need. All kitchen utensils, towels, extra blankets, anything you need including soaps Laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent And I replaced what I was used as a common courtesy. I would rent again!
