Just 2 blocks from the Songhees Walkway, this spot is perfect for exploring Victoria on foot or by bike. It’s a 20-minute walk to either Westbay Marina or the bridge to downtown. A 30–40 minute stroll along the waterfront takes you to the Inner Harbour, The Empress, Parliament Buildings, and James Bay.


Downtown and Chinatown are also just a 30-minute walk from the house.


If you love biking, the Galloping Goose Trail starts nearby and goes all the way to Sooke. Victoria has amazing bike paths that lead to places like Thetis Lake, Butchart Gardens, and Sidney.
