Welcome to Ellie Marie House! Walk to downtown from this bright, beautifully restored historic home at Bowie & Terrell. Enjoy Seguinâs cafĂ©s, boutiques, and the Guadalupe River when you stay here. Tall windows, transoms, and leaded glass flood the main level with natural light while thoughtful modern touches keep everything effortless.
Sleeps 2 â Main Level Only
Youâll have exclusive use of the downstairs. The upstairs bedrooms/bath are locked and not in use during your stay.
Sunlit living + dining: Original hardwoods, French doors with transoms, cozy seating and a round dining tableâperfect for lingering breakfasts and late-night conversations.
Media room: Comfy lounge with a large Smart TV for movie nights.
Bright kitchen: White shaker cabinets, tall ceilings, stainless appliances (range, microwave, dishwasher + toaster oven), stone countertops, and a sunny window over the sink.
Coffee your way: Dual-brew Keurig (K-Cup + drip), mugs, starter pods + tea kettle ~coffee and tea provided!
