Escape to waterfront calm at this sunlit, pet-friendly cottage â a relaxed coastal retreat within beautiful Jervis Bay and only minutes from the Callala Bay foreshore. Bright living spaces and a lovely enclosed backyard make this an easy, breezy spot for mornings on the deck or slow afternoons listening to the birdlife.
Inside, a sunny lounge with a feature gas fireplace creates a warm, welcoming heart for cooler evenings. The well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher and microwave) and adjacent dining area flow to a covered back sunroom and an undercover outdoor entertaining area with BBQ â perfect for casual meals and alfresco dining. A separate laundry with washer and dryer and handy storage make longer stays straightforward.
Sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms, the home offers two bathrooms (including a three-way bathroom with shower and bath) and practical extras such as ceiling fans, flat-screen TV and comfortable lounge seating. Photo highlights show bright, airy rooms, a cosy fireplace setting and plenty of indoorâoutdoor flow that suits both relaxed weekends and family getaways. Linen and towels are provided â please bring your own beach towels.
Practical features: large double garage with secure off-street parking and automatic roller doors, off-street boat parking, and close access to local shops, the boat ramp and safe swimming spots at Wowly Inlet.

As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

Enjoy calm swimming beaches and a relaxed coastal culture in this scenic town. Tucked into the northern pocket of Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast, Callala Bay has a boat ramp and jetty, providing easy access to the clear aqua waters for sailing, fishing and snorkelling. Make sure you keep an eye out for dolphins.
You can learn to sail with Jervis Bay Sailing Club, or go bushwalking and fishing in nearby Jervis Bay National Park. The park is a natural sanctuary of sand forests, eucalypt woodlands and beaches with powder-white sand. Itâs also home to abundant wildlife and important Aboriginal cultural conservation sites.
Just south of Callala Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, which is backed by a reserve with BBQs and picnic tables. At Club Callala enjoy a bite to eat, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.
Nearby is the village of Myola, located on the banks of Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin and whale-watching cruises depart.
