Jax Beach snowbirds

My husband and I stayed for 7 weeks to escape the MN winter. Our hosts were very responsive to the few minor issues we had. The property looks out on the ocean and is a great location. We have a natural food store, Salt Life restaurant, coffee place in Neptune Beach and lots of beach walks. It was a great stay.

Jacksonville Beach Front Family Time

The condo was excellent! My husband and I stayed at the beach front condo for a week and we had family join us over the weekend holiday. Everything was clean and orderly for our stay. The pool was very refreshing after a day on the beach. The ninth floor view to the ocean and shoreline was unobstructed so every sunrise was visible. We even got to see a rainbow over the ocean on one day! There was nothing I would have changed for the stay. Colleen was amazing and responded immediately with any communication that I needed to make. Great stay for a family to reconnect with each other and God”s beautiful artistry.

Can’t Beat the Views!

The property and location are wonderful! The views breathtaking!! Colleen, the owner, is super nice! Everything is VERY clean, and I am very picky about that. Access to the beach is easy. You get sunrise views in the morning, and afternoon shade on the porch in the afternoon. I didn’t use the exercise equipment this time, but did last time and it’s perfect for a quick workout…while gazing at the ocean waves! This was my second time staying there and was reminded of the one downside — all the furniture is pretty uncomfortable (beds, couches, kitchen chairs, outdoor furniture). That would be my one suggestion for improvement.

We stayed here last year for my nephew's 21st B-day and this year for his Graduation. When we walked back in felt like we never left. So close to Tiki Shack next store and chair rentals for the beach. Excellent Host and great location. Highly recommend staying here. Lenny

Perfect stay!

My husband and I had two medical appts at Mayo. From the minute I booked this condo until the moment we left, it was nothing short of perfect! The host Colleen was quick to respond, gave us lots of info about the condo and things around. The condo unit was very clean, updated, comfortable and the view and balcony was amazing! We would love to return again. I highly recommend to anyone looking for the “perfect” place!

Beautiful Ocean Front View

Condo was lovely! It was completely stocked with everything you would need for the week! It was right on the ocean and the view was amazing! Easy access to the beach. Entire property was clean and nice! Easy to communicate with the host! Felt very safe and secure, the entire property is gated and only accessed by residents. Would defiantly stay here again!

Fun Fun Fun

We had our two grandchildren with us (11 and 15) and it couldn't have been more perfect. Great weather. We especially enjoyed the balcony. We could sit on the balcony and watch the waves and the clouds. The unit was beautiful and roomy. Kitchen was so nice that we ate in a lot. A nice, big table where we could sit to eat or play games. Couldn't ask for a better vacation!!

TOP 10 REASONS TO BOOK THIS UNIT

1. Views from this clean & spacious unit are simply spectacular. 2. Unit is stocked w/ everything you need from beach towels, chairs & boogie boards to laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap & trash bags (nice surprise given those sundries are rarely supplied by unit owners). 3. Oversized, ocean-view balcony w/ comfy furniture. 4. Fast Internet connection. Between work & personal laptops/phones, kids' devices & smart TVs, we had an embarrassing amount of devices simultaneously connected w/ zero issues. 5. One thing that will put me into orbit in a rental property is finicky a/c. No such issues here! The a/c was delightfully cold. 6. Building is well-maintained, clean, quiet & secure. Gated access is a plus in Jax Beach. 7. Very comfy memory foam mattresses. 8. More competitively priced than other, same-sized units in the same building. 9. Walking-distance to a ton of restaurants/bars. 10. The owners are nothing short of superb. Colleen is AMAZING. She is the best communicator we've ever experienced as very frequent vacation property renters. Check-in and out was a hassle-free breeze. It's clear these owners take pride in offering a great experience to their renters.

9th floor 2 bed 2 bath condo had ocean front beautiful views of the beach and Atlantic. Very kind owner who helped with stay. Very clean. Had beach chairs and towels for pool and ocean. Only downside is the height of building block pool from sun after about 2pm but then it’s just time to move to the beach

INCREDIBLE OCEAN VIEWS

We weren’t in Jacksonville beach “on vacation” but choosing to stay in this condo did make it feel like one. We had appointments at the Mayo Clinic but it was perfect to stay here instead of on the clinic campus for the relief and relaxation we got. Thanks Colleen for your hospitality.
