We are finishing up getting this unit ready and will post pictures as soon as we can. Please read reviews from our other very popular property 111494. About 70% of our bookings are repeats. This new listing is a mirror image of our other condo, same floor, same lay out, just one condo in between. This condo will make it easier for those folks needing a 2nd unit.

NO SAND inside building. Please rinse everything before entering building. Management is VERY strict about that.

We do not charge extra for cleaning unless unit is left dirty, as we have find that most of our guests leave unit fairly clean.

We only have sleeping accommodations for 4 adults. Please keep in mind there are cameras and we are strict about number of adults staying in unit.

My name is Magaly. I have been in the VRBO world for over 18 years. Mona (my right arm, left foot, and left eye) and I have known each other for 25+ years. We became fast friends while working at a travel agency in Jacksonville. We are both very passionate about making sure our guests are comfortable, feel they got at the very least what they paid for, and feel they are in their home away from home.
We also believe that this home must have similar comforts that we are used to; such as having a Dyson vacuum cleaner, soft / cool bamboo sheets, soft fast drying towels, beautiful none stick D & W pots and pans, and so on.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Oceania condominiums is small and quaint. The complex has 52 units in 12 floors. Several of these units are on VRBO, which is nice if you have a large family and can rent a 2nd or 3rd unit. There are 4 vacation rentals out of the 5 nits on our floor (10th). Our guests have told us they enjoy the size as it's quiet and Low key.

The location is great; you can walk to several restaurants. Walk to health food grocery store Native Sun. Have a Hampton Inn right next door with a nice outdoor restaurant and bar. One of the best breakfast restaurants, Metro Diner, is just a short walk away. There are places near by to rent bikes, very nice beach chairs and umbrellas, and more. There are beach paths on both sides of the building, north and south. Thera are also north and south places where you can rinse yourself and all beach items before entering the building (an ABSOLUTE MUST DO as per management before entering the building.
