Beautiful Gulf Front Property at Pearl of Navarre #503!

This nicely-decorated, 5th floor, Gulf-front, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has beautiful views of the white sandy beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The master bedroom offers a king bed and balcony access. The private bathroom has a vanity area and large garden tub and stand-alone shower.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and full over full bunk beds. The full guest bathroom is just outside the bedroom door and has a shower/tub combo.

Enjoy sweeping views of the gulf from the living room and master bedroom. Stretch out on the sectional sofa and watch a movie on the large screen TV or curl up with a good book and take in the views of the gulf. There are so many comfortable spaces in this unit!

At the end of a long, fun-filled day at the beach, grab your favorite cocktail from the bar area and head out to the balcony to watch the sun go down with drink in hand.

Across from the bar area is the dining room table that seats 6 and is perfect for breakfast in the morning with the kiddos or a full spread seafood dinner at night with the fam! The spacious kitchen will have everything you need for just about any kind of meal.

The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. Community gas grills too!

We had a wonderful time and will definitely be staying here again!! We really enjoyed the Ocean view, location to the pier, and hot tub!..our best find in Navarre was this prehistoric shark tooth! BEST FAMILY VACATION EVER....

Very nice a spacious condo

Very nice property. The condo was very spacious for a 2 bedroom, especially the living area. We also had a nice large balcony which was accessible from the living room and main bedroom. The two pools and hot tub were very nice well maintained, as was the beach.My only suggestion is add a safe in the room.

Good stay- Needs updates

The location was great. Communication with the property management ahead of time was good and the check in process was fairly smooth. The unit need updates. The couch was very worn and somewhat dingy. There were no pool towels. The dishwasher worked inconsistently. The toilet in the primary bathroom is near impossible to flush and the floors in the bathroom are pulling up (adhesive appears to be worn out).We would stay in the resort again but definitely in different unit. Overall a good experience for a 7 day trip. Would be 5 stars once updated.

Family fall break

This property was perfect for our fall break trip. Navarre is a great quiet getaway location and this codo was great for us. We traveled with my parents (70s), myself and 3 children (9,7,3). We had a wonderful time and the codo is very spacious. Eacheckin/out.

Beach Fun

Traveled to the beach with my niece and her 4 children 6-15 years old. The Pearl is a very nice condo complex. We were very pleased with our choice. I looked at several units in the area & was glad I selected this bldg & unit. Everything is well kept and we felt very safe at the property. We loved the convenience of the pools and close proximity to the beach. The kids spent the day between pool, beach and condo. So easy with the codes to enter property, no lost keys or waiting on others. The condo itself is nice, comfortable and well kept. Would have loved some comfortable seating to enjoy the balcony more. Navarre is a beautiful place and we will visit again.

The atmosphere is entirely family friendly and with a young family, that’s a must. The condo was great - a few surface blemishes to the property, but I don’t need pristine perfection on vacation. Awesome Condo in Navarre!

This is a fantastic condo right on the beach! The size was perfect for a family of 5. We loved the balcony - it’s big and spacious. The views of the beach did not disappoint. We loved the location, and having the option to walk to the pier and local restaurants. The property management team was friendly, and quick to respond when we called. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for cool / windy days. And we loved having the option to rent beach chairs so we didn’t have to carry anything down for the day. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again!

Just adequate

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view and location. Property is somewhat dated. Needs new ceiling fans as blades are drooping. Primary BR in good shape. Second bedroom bed could use new mattress. Unit appeared clean on entry, but walking without shoes on in the unit rendered black feet. Changing the ceiling fan speed in the living area caused the dining room light to flicker. All in all, the unit was adequate, but we will not stay here again unless it gets updated. That’s too bad as we really like The Pearl. I guess it could have been worse as we were told a unit two doors down was dealing with bed bugs.
