The home itself was absolutely beautiful and appeared just as described. It was completely redone and well-maintained. However, the drone photos donât show how close the house actually is to the main highway, which unfortunately made our stay less peaceful due to constant traffic noise.We were also woken up before 8 a.m. on our first morning by a crew of landscapers working right outside on the porch, with multiple blowers and mowers going at once. Later that evening, someone knocked on the back door. After asking several times who it was with no response, I lifted the blinds to find a man who identified himself as the owner. He said he wanted to introduce himself and let us know there was firewood, which was already visible next to the door. While likely well-intentioned, the unannounced visit felt intrusive and uncomfortable. Overall, the home itself is lovely, but the proximity to the highway, early landscaping noise, and unexpected visit from the owner made it difficult to fully relax. We will be back in town next year and will be looking elsewhere.
