Excellent villa

We loved this villa .. so much space and there was 11 of us .. but we were never in each others way! For real peace and quiet, I would choose the terror to sleep in if you’re thinking of booking you can’t hear a thing from downstairs😊 Pool was fab and very clean .. would recommend for sure !

Just fantastic

The house was incredible. Everything was clean, and the pool was amazing. The kitchen had all we needed and more. Nice with all the bedrooms with seperat ac, and several living rooms. All in all, just fantastic 🙂

Excellent property and could not recommend highly enough. Location is excellent, owners were brilliant to deal with and the guy (forgot his name) who checked us in and out was also brilliant. Will be back if they will have us .......

Great villa stay

Layout of villa accomodation good - especially if you want some privacy for some of the party. Outside space superb - every facility you could want and landscaped beautifully (not just plain to look at). Property manager Andi responded quickly and efficiently to any request.

Family extravaganza

Property was ideal for our large group, the togetherness, yet suitable apartment separation for each smaller group worked well for us, in particular with my daughter and Partner with two young children age 2&3. I would definitely recommend this Villa for. Large close knit group. We already new the area, Caba Roig is a regular spot, so we choose the Villa knowing it was in the perfect spot for us all. We will defo return at some point in the future.

3 weeks of bliss! An absolute pleasure to stay here.

After three weeks of staying at this lovely Villa, I can honestly say that it has been an absolute pleasure and one that I can't wait to repeat in the future! The check-in process was excellent, with Andi meeting us a little earlier than the specified check-in time to accommodate our earlier flight time, which was very kind of him and very much appreciated! From that point, once shown around, we felt immediately at home in what is a warm, clean environment with plenty of beautiful features to enjoy. The rooms are well equipped and can be sectioned off to either be self-contained for individuals seeking privacy or left open for others to come and go as they please. The pool is fantastic, and Andi kept it clean during our stay, which made it almost as appealing on the last day as it was on the first with the great weather we were blessed with pretty much throughout. There is plenty of crockery and utensils to use, and the kitchens both inside and out have everything needed to cook both snacks and large meals, etc. the local restaurants on the Cabo Roig strip, which is situated only a short walk away, are fantastic, and we spent many of our evenings out enjoying them. I could go on, but it's just a great place overall and somewhere that we have felt both safe and at home and I thoroughly recommend it! Marvellous.

Little break away with friends

From start to finish, the communication with owners and manager were great! They were very accommodating when we arrived in the morning. We were able to drop our bags off and go for a wonder and come back at check in time. The location is brilliant. Just over 5 minutes (2 roads away) and your at the strip for bars and restaurants. 10-15mins from the sea, with coastly walks. The villa had everything and more for our stay. The outside dining and pool area was just what we needed. We spent most of our time out there ...Spot on! We only had one issue with no hot water for one afternoon but Andi sorted it within hours. So 10 out 10! We wish we were still there but we will be back....

Could have been better

The property is in the perfect location for bars and a good selection of restaurants there is also a street market in the evenings which was great it’s also a large property just a bit of a funny layout for us..the pool is large however was green and murky when we arrived and took a couple of days to properly clear and within a few days was green again so much it stained the children’s swimwear and we couldn’t use it there were a few little problems here and there and there is no outside wc as described so the kids have to go through the tiled floor house to use the bathroom which is a shame as it’s something that aided our choice for this property, there was only 6 loungers not 8 and there was a bit of a problem with cockroaches and ants and finally we had to hunt all the various kitchen spaces for enough plates and cups ect I did contact the property manager who replied only to tell me that I was wrong about the loungers the pool needs time to recover and he can’t be held responsible for nature and bugs it’s a shame as the property had potential to be fantastic but we wouldn’t use it again

Vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Der deutsche Verwalter Andi erwartete uns bereits

Das Objekt war sehr gepflegt. Lediglich einige wenige kleine Mängel waren vorhanden. Eine Duschtür fehlte und das Bad wurde nass. Der Carport war nicht überdacht und ziemlich eng. Pech für uns weil wir einen SUV und keinen Kombi bekamen. Ging aber. Andi war sehr hilfsbereit. Drei Schlüssel bekamen wir. Sehr empfehlenswert für eine Gruppe, mehrere Paare oder Familie. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Cabo Roig Villa

We have stayed in this villa several times and it never disappoints. House is clean and spacious with all the facilities we need and location is great. Close to shops and nightlife and within a short walk of the beach.

Good Villa

Nice, clean villa with plenty of space. Good location for shops and restaurants. Nice size pool although there was no 'shallow' end so children need to be able to swim or be closely monitored with swimming aids. Bedrooms were a good size with air conditioning and plenty of bathrooms. Villa manager Andi was helpful and came straight away when the electrics tripped to sort the issue out. Overall a nice stay!

Stay fraught with issues

The pool was so mirky that you could not see the bottom for most of our stay. Building works to the adjacent property created noise and a thick plumes of dust that covered the pool and outdoor area. There were days where e could not even go outside due to this. Property electricskept tripping, sometimes up to 30 times in a day. This was largely fixed midway through the stay although we still had issues in a lesser scale when using the kitchen oven and hob. Have contacted the owners numerous times but they are not responding. A real pity as this was meant to be a 50th birthday celebration. On the plus side the villa was clean and maintained on the inside

Wonderful Stay In Beautiful Villa

Myself and a group of friends had a wonderful stay here. The pictures do not do it justice, the place is HUGE. My husband and I had a self contained apartment on the ground floor which was perfect for us. We all had enough room as a group of 9. It's so close to the main strip and the beach at Cabo Roig & La Zenia is easy reach on foot in around 25 mins. We got the bus to Alicante for the day, bus stop just 5 mins away. Was a wonderful relaxing week and Andi was a great host who welcomed us after a late flight. I'd highly recommend to anyone.

En líneas generales muy bueno ...pero a la ahora de ingreso aún estaban limpiando...un par de bombillas fundidas de la habitación y terraza , parrilla demasiado sucia .....mejorando la limpieza y puntualidad en la hora de ingreso sería genial ...el resto muy bien ....amplio piscina limpia ...muy bien ubicado.

Très bel endroit, il y a tout à proximité, centre commerciale et restaurants.

Belle propriété, piscine agréable, grandes chambres climatisées et bon wifi. Les propriétaires Hans et Lilli sont très disponible par messagerie, avant, pendant et après le booking. L'agent immobilier par contre est un peu harsh pas très agréable et difficile à joindre. Le séjour a été très agréable, le garage même si pas très utile, car il y a assez de stationnement dans ce quartier calme, est un plus. Tout est à proximité, plage, restaurants, grand centre commercial à 5min en voiture. Très conseillé pour sa tranquillité. Karim.

The villa is great for a large family or 2 x families there is lots of room. Outdoor space is great

Our group consisted of 9 people Inc adults and children. We couldn't have the villa until 5pm which was a shame as we had an early flight. However the villa is great lots of rooms plenty for our group. The pool area and outdoor space is brilliant as is the location to restaurants on 'the strip in cabo roig. Easy walking distance. We had a lovely holiday.
