SPACIOUS & BEAUTIFUL House| Equipped with Theatre room and Playset| Work & Play

The Master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king size bed complete with dresser and night stands in black and gold; a private bathroom with Tub, shower, spacious closet and His & Hers wash basin.

Four additional bedrooms on the second floor of the house include queen beds with night stands and dressers and spacious closets.
A sixth bed is on the first floor with a full mattress if additional beds are required

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils like pots, pans, cutlery, knives, coffee maker, juicer, blender etc. Also comes with a beautiful French door refrigerator (with fresh zone compartment and door in door refreshment center that provides a convenient area for frequently used items), a microwave, stove, oven and a breakfast table that can sit 4 people.
All the rest rooms have fresh linens.
A separate theatre room is on the second floor and a game room for quests to kick back with an internet ready TV for your entertainment
Internet access is included.

Worthy spot

This was a really nice house and a really nice neighborhood. Certain my team well will definitely rebook when we’re back in the Woodlands area.

The property has a lot of potential with plenty of room to stay. However, it was advertised to have a playset but did not and the yard was knee high with grass and weeds. They did cut the grass midway through our stay but the yard was still unusable. Another suggestion would be to have more drinking glasses. The house sleeps 10 but there were 4 margarita glasses, 2 mason jars and 3 coffee cups to drink from.

Great Stay

Overall our stay at the property was great. The area and community was fantastic and the home was clean and matched the pictures. I only had 2 minor complaints/opportunities for improvement: 1) There was a lack of cookware (pots/pans) for my family to utilize for meals 2) We travelled with my young 2 year old and our intent was to utilize the playset in the back but it was very wobbly and felt unsafe.

Great stay

I really enjoyed staying at Tosin's home. It was a spacious property with lots of nice features. I just wish the dishes/cups were a bit cleaner and that there was not a weird stain on the ceiling above my bed. Overall, these are pretty minor things and did not negatively impact my stay. Everyone was comfortable! I highly recommend staying here.
