Welcome to our home, conveniently located in the hills of Desert Hot Spring, overlooking the city, great views of the desert mountains, windmills, in a very-quiet neighborhood, and the amazing view from the patio, with plenty of seating and a BBQ grill, fire pit, and, the amazing colorful sunset or the amazing city lights.

Relax in our comfortable home smell fresh and sanitized, brand- new furniture and 50-inch television. The kitchen is equipped with cooking wares, including crock a pot, air fryer, pots and pan, coffee maker, fresh coffee beans and a coffee grinder.

The grocery stores and restaurants are only a few minutes down the hill including Vons, Stater Brothers, and Grocery Outlet. 10 minutes to I-10 freeway, 15 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indio and Coachella are all close. Visit the Farmers Market in Joshua Tree on the weekend or the well- known Joshua Tree National Monument Park.
There are a lot of activities in the desert, including great desert golf, tennis, hiking, shopping, the annual world-renowned Coachella Music Art festival and Stagecoach Country Music Festival. Known as (Coachella Festival)

25 to 35 minutes shopping to El Paseo in Palm Desert, Downtown Palm Spring, and Desert Hills Premium Outlet. Check out the unforgettable Swiss built Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, it is the desert Favorite Winter or Summer.

Loved your place

This was a great rental. Description was as listed and it was clean, cozy, and beautiful. There were three of us here for a class at Bubbling Wells Hot Springs. It was conveniently located to EVERYTHING we planned and provided a beautiful respite for after class. Thank you for providing such a beautiful place. My only issue was the wind, which did not allow us to use the deck and the fire pit, which you had nothing to do with.

Fabulous Accommodations!

Dory’s property was so lovely…clean, comfortable, everything that we needed. The patio was beautiful, and we wish that the crazy winds would have died down enough to utilize it more! The only downside: very few options for nearby restaurants/coffee shops/etc. But we had a rental car, so we were able to find some good options for food. Overall, we loved our stay, and Dory was a wonderful host!

Golf Couple Get-A-Way

Excellent house, very clean, property manager was very friendly and provided good communication. Some extra items left in the house in the way of spices, condiments, saran wrap etc, which we really appreciated (along with the bowl of fruit). Thanks to Dory and Ron!

Wonderful House

Stayed a couple days with the kids for a convention and the house was perfect. Spacious, clean, and comfortable beds.... and an amazing view!

Great Set Up, Beautiful View

Our stay was great. Everything we needed was there. Beautiful view from the patio, kitchen was equipped well with what we needed for cooking, nice to have the garage available for parking, large lot with privacy from neighbors, fun to have games available to play, and not a long drive to Palm Springs. Perfect spot!

My name is Adoracion ( Dory ) for short. I used to live on top of the mountain overlooking six different cities, ( I am spoiled ) when I saw this house, which is now a vacation home, I fell in love with it, I love the view specially the snow on top of the mountain, the beautiful sunset where clouds are mixed with different colors like burning fire, the sunshine, the city lights. And I love the desert flowers during spring.
Desert Hot Spring is the mineral water spa city. This is only 9 minutes to the famous downtown Palm Spring, and Indian Wells casino. Thirty five minutes to the biggest (eight hundred thousand acres), most famous Joshua Tree National Monument park, where you see all different kinds of cactus, different color and shape of the rocks. Twenty minutes to the Park Morongo Valley preserved, Follow the nice man made trail where you can watch all different kinds and colorful birds.

This property is so quiet, I can sit in the back yard staring at the sunset and the city lights,
It is so relaxing, and about minutes away from the hot mineral water Spa. Agua Caliente Casino is about15 minutes away.
