Luxury Reunion Villa By Disney- Encore Resort. This 8 bedrooms 7 bathrooms Contemporary Villa is located very close to Disney and has all the features you and your family needs. Our outstanding homes are equipped with game room, movie room, private pool and spa that can be heated for an even better relaxation moment. Sit on the Patio by the pool and enjoy your favorite cold drink appreciating the sunset or barbecuing with family and friends. Last but no least the Kitchen is spectacularly equipped like home and it is an open floor plan designed for integration and entertainment.
Accommodation staff speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish and English.

***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR*** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. ***PET POLICY*** Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed $150 Pet fee per animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

Book your next stay with Milla

What an amazing house.. thank you for always having me and my family. There hasn’t been one time that I have booked one of your homes and the experience wasn’t anything short of amazing, very clean properties and great communication from host if there was ever anything that my family needed there where right there.. I don’t thank there is anyone else I would want to book with when it comes to vacation homes make these guys your number one choice you want regret it

Will not pick to stay here again

No garage so if you have more than two cars you have to park all the way to the front. Not ideal that’s not a close walk. The one game in the game room was making noise and blacking out not fun scared my grand baby. Small roach was in the master bedroom down stairs those travel in pack so more probably was in the closet ugh. The pool and jacuzzi did not get hot until the very last night we was there. Paid for them to be heated the whole trip. The glass door can’t lock so they have stick behind it which it still can open enough to put your hand in from the outside. The refunded they heated pool but felt like I need more of a refund back for the trip itself. My daughter went out the last night so we opted for late check out to give them some rest for their drive back to Georgia they charge for that but after all the text and calls I believe that should of been free. Wait they sent me something about a refund for the heated pool but just checking I still didn’t get it in my account. Overall I wouldn’t choose this property again. I’ll pay the more and go to the other communities as I travel up there a good bit with family and sometimes friends.

Disappointed

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT!!!! The overall appearance of the home is good, but inside we had to deal with roaches in the kitchen, game room and downstairs bathroom. We paid for pool heat but never had it and only received a PARTIAL refund. Not enough towels or sufficient cookware for a home this large, so we had to go out and purchase some in order to cook. Cable didn’t work in 3 of the rooms. Letty and Omar, prop managers, did ok. But after calling for 4 days with issues, my calls stopped being answered. I sent an email to the owner and have yet to receive a response. We paid way too much money for this rental only to deal with these issues. If you have other options, use them!
