Luxurious 8 BD/7 BR (sleep 20) will be perfect for multiple families reunion or visiting Disney & Universal Studios Parks. Relax after a day at the theme parks by the private HEATED pool and spa (heating requires an additional fee). The kitchen is fully loaded to make hearty meals. Enjoy breakfast at the outdoor dining area. Play together in the game room.

I enjoyed my Stay

I rented this house for my daughter's 7th birthday and it was absolutely amazing!! I paid extra to have the pool heated which was a must because the weather weather was good but the pool would have been cold . Every room has a different theme and the garage is a cool game room . I would recommend this house 10 out of 10 . If we're in town again we will be back !!!

Beautiful Home/ Horrible customer service

The home was very beautiful but it was not cleaned very well before we arrived. It was hair left behind in most of the bathrooms. There was standing water under the kitchen sink. It looked as if it had been there for a while because it had a moldy film on top of the water. There was already trash in the trashcan. I never recieved the wine that was supposed to be there when I arrived. I was told I would recieve a voucher through the mail to cover the wine. It's been a month and still nothing. Every time I called, whomever answered couldn't give direct answers.The worst part was the advertised game room, which was the garage. It was extremely hot because there is no air in there, only a fan. The floor wasn't leveled so the pool table wasn't sturdy. The air hockey table didn't work. The pools toys were dry rotted. The house didn't ever cool completely down. The bedrooms upstairs were always hot. I believe the only reason I was told I would get a voucher for the wine was because they wanted a good review. This property needs to do better.

Management Team Needed

What I imagine to be THE BEST FAMILY GATHERING became texting management every day about something. After checking in we found dead animal in the pool, dead bugs, missing Direct tv connection so all TVs was accessible, bathroom essentials wasn’t provided. Management was responsive as needed especially when I reported a EMERGENCY SITUATION and it took calling the Kissimmee Sheriff department as well as The Encore Resort. And I still text management keeping them in the loop after not hearing from them until 7 hours after leaving they informed me of what I already knew.
