Our private pool and spa adds to the whole fun in this gated neighborhood. A property like this is rare to find and our host will make sure all your needs are taken care immediately for your most comfort and worry free getaway. What are you waiting for?

***POOL SPA HEATING*** POOL FACING WEST There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. Please advise host at least 48 hours prior for arrangements.

***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR*** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill upon request. ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us.

***PET POLICY*** Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed. $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

***PARKING*** This house fits 2 cars in the driveway and the overflow parking is about 250 feet down the same road. No street parking is allowed. This house has the option to park inside garage, up to 2 cars. This house has no game room.

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

The property itself was nice and the location. My family and I came for the weekend. The check in process was a breeze. It went downhill with the communication with the property manager and me with things that were wrong at the property. Upon arrival we checked everything before to make sure that everything was good its advertised as 5 king beds and it's only 4. When asked for compensation the property manager said that wasn't possible. The master suite upstairs bathroom was off the hinges was off and we reported it. They sent someone out to fix it and he said that the door couldn't be used so there was no privacy in the bathroom. There are rules posted all over the house of what can not be done or you will be charged. Another bathroom upstairs shower didn't drain. The garbage disposal was broken and smelled awful. The pool was not cleaned so we weren't able to use it. We paid extra for the jacuzzi at $20 per day and it was never turned on. So we got charged and had a cold jacuzzi. The bed linens had stains. I reported it to the property manager and he sent cleaners to change and even tbose weren't clean either. I called and called the property manager and no answer aftsr the cleaners left changing the linen due to it being 75 degrees in the house and it's hot in South Florida which means it was hotter during the day because we couldn't turn down the ac. The manager didn't respond until Sunday before check. The ice maker didn't work which we had to go purchase bags of ice.

I can't say there were any issues with the property. They home is beautiful. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I will say it was difficult in wondering what to do with the linen from the beds, as there were no instructions on what to do when you depart. We always leave about 2-3 hours before checkout. So I hated that I had to disturb Milla early Sunday morning with a text. I was told that there was a tablet in the kitchen counter with instructions. May I suggest having a binder on the coffee table with all instructions for the house or instruction on where to find the tablet? Just a suggestion. I'm not sure if the tablet was in the kitchen counter or not, as we were already gone by the time I received a text back. Overall, the home is beautiful and we had absolutely NO complaints about our stay. We will book again. Thank you, also Milla is very prompt with responding or answering any questions.
