Most of all, we appreciate Jon’s thoughtfulness and kindness in his giving constructive feedback, and we are thankful for Jon’s nice compliments. Regarding the on/off internet issue, we sincerely felt bad that we had no control over it even if we knew at the time. After reading Jon’s comments, we immediately ordered the new modem to replace the old one. We have been paying monthly for the High speed SPECTRUM Wi-Fi and cable TV with 100 channels, sports and news…now all we can think of is replace the old modem with a new one, and hope it will help. We’re glad Jon and his family enjoyed their stay at The Fairy stream’s house, we highly recommend Jon and his family for any future reservations
