Ganska en fantastisk egenskap med utsikt över Kaweah-flodens huvudgaffel som ligger bara 1/2 mil från ingången till Sequoia National Park. Hemmet är vackert design med alla moderna möbler. Den unika tvärbalken i mitten öppnar verkligen huset så att det känns så öppet och luftigt. Detaljen och designen som gick in i det här huset känns väldigt inbjudande och avkopplande - bara för att nämna några är den unika ladugårdsdörren och vagnhjulet. Vyerna är fantastiska medan du sitter på det privata däck med utsikt över Kaweah River. I det här huset kommer du att vakna till fantastisk utsikt över Kaweah-floden direkt från sovrumsfönstren. Det finns inga hem på andra sidan floden så det känns väldigt privat och avskilt.
Huset har 3 sovrum och 2 badrum. Det stora sovrummet har 2 dubbelsängar. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng, och det tredje sovrummet har en specialbyggd två våningssäng i XL-storlek (två enkelsängar är XL-storlek på 80 tum lång). Det finns också en extra futon-soffa. Köket har alla apparater i rostfritt stål. Matbordet har sex stolar, men i fall det inte räcker finns det fyra barstolar vid köksbänken. Köket är utrustat med allt du behöver för att laga en gourmetmåltid. Vardagsrummet är mycket stort med eleganta moderna soffor och accentstolar. När du sitter i vardagsrummet och tittar på Kaweah-floden kan du njuta av en 60 "4K LED-TV. Hemmet har WIFI, DVD-spelare och Satelite Direct TV. Det stora sovrummet har också en egen TV, men bättre än vad som helst på TV är att titta på den fantastiska floden från det stora sovrumsfönstret. Åh, nämnde jag däck med utsikt över floden som har en rostfritt BBQ. Fastigheten har fantastiskt anpassat stenarbete och stigar som leder till floden och erbjuder områden för fiske eller picknick. Hemmet har central AC / Heat. Garaget förvandlas till ett spelrum med bordtennisbord och fotbollsbord. Detta hus är helt fantastiskt och kommer att erbjuda din familj och vänner oförglömliga minnen.

Great Location

This is a very nice house located very close to Sequoia National Park. The house is clean and has a lot of entertainment options for kids. The owner also provided a lot of helpful information prior to arrival.

River views were amazing

Cute property; 1/2 mile from park entrance. Best part was absolutely sitting on the deck enjoying the river. Host reached out early with great information and was very accommodating. We would stay there again.

Was as described. The only thing to complain really is that the AC is totally overwhelmed in 104degree weather and while you go to bed with 86, once at night when it cools down, you start to freeze as then the AC really kicks in. Other than that all fine

Magical river retreat

This rental is amazing and has everything one could hope for during a wknd getaway to the NPs. Only 2 miles to the park entrance - get your hike done in the morning and chill out in your backyard river. There are a few areas for safe entry where you can beat the heat - however, the river fast w rapids abound. Use caution, be responsible and enjoy for magical tranquility of the river.

Great place for families, so close to Sequoia

Cool property right on the river, wonderful to sit out on the deck and hear the river rushing by. We enjoyed staying here, beautiful views! Our teenagers enjoyed going into the river, the ping-pong table and arcade games. It was a great base for treks into Sequoia national Park. Quick car ride to restaurants. Owner was very responsive, provided helpful tips and wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. Stay here or at any of Srey’s other properties. Very well cared for and managed!

Awesome house, great location!

The house had everything we needed to have an amazing vacation. The host is super helpful and responsive, the location is as close as you can get to the Sequoia Park entrance, and the river adds a unique beauty to the property. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning

When we weren’t out and about, we all enjoyed the privacy of the yard and listening to the river. Everyone loved the game area as well! Host was very responsive to messages also.

Great location and views of the river! Loved having an in unit washer/dryer and the rooms were clean. Downside was the furniture was old and somewhat dated. The kitchen appliances have seen better days, especially the coffee pot and toaster. The bathrooms were clean but the master bath shower/tub combo is sorely in need of a good update. Outside furniture and back patio need some updating as well. This was our first trip to the area and it was the location that sold us!

Incredible Location

This is such a gem. The home is located 5 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia National Park and 10 minutes from town where there is a market as well as a pizza and great Mexican food restaurant. The host was A+++ throughout our stay. And nothing beats the sound of the river and scenic sights from the rear patio deck. This is most definitely a 5-star location!

Well-appointed home in a great location!

This home is in a wonderful location just minutes from the entrance of Sequoia National Park and it was a bonus to be situated right on the river. My 11-year-old son loved the ping-pong table and the bunk beds. My 16-year-old daughter loved that the place had Wi-Fi and a big screen TV. It was nice having a full-kitchen to prepare meals. The host communicated with me several times before and during our stay and provided a plethora of recommendations and links to make our stay enjoyable. We had a lovely vacation and would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Lovely place on the river

Beautiful, clean, spacious home, one mile from the park gate. Great beds and kitchen, lots to do at the house in poor weather. River lulls you to sleep at night. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy it during the day if you're on the property. Host has great local info including park tours, lake info, and best restaurants.

Wonderful home right on the river!

Place was great! Loved listening to the river from the porch in the evening after touring Sequoia National Park. Srey provided lots of great info about the area and the property and was very responsive to all my questions. Home was comfy, clean, and inviting! Would definitely recommend!

Peaceful Riverfront Vacation

Spent a wonderful week at the Kaweah River House! We chose this property based on it's proximity to Sequoia National Park, and we were not disappointed. Although most of our time was spent hiking, it was great to have this property to come back to as our "home base". The pictures really do not do it justice. Excellent communication from the property owner whenever we reached out. There was an issue with the water pump, and not only did Srey answer my text in less than 5 minutes, someone was at the house 15 minutes later to work on it. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware/utensils, beds we comfortable, and there were plenty of fluffy towels to use. Definitely start your morning off with coffee on the back deck, and enjoy the absolutely adorable family of quails that live in the rosemary bush and run around in the backyard at dawn and dusk. Great stay!

Amazing Anniversary Trip!

Hello Srey, We would like to thank you for all your communication and prior arrival info. The stay at your property was Amazing after several days of scenic travel within Sequoia we retreated back to this wonderful home. The river view from the patio deck is unbelievable, calming, and soothing. The home is very clean and stocked with all needed kitchen supplies. Srey advised we stop and shop appropriately about 30 minutes before due to limited grocery stores and product availability byvthe home. (GREAT ADVICE). We bought a large bin for storage & went grocery shopping prior to our arrival. The home has wifi and a landline phone (bonus) due to very limited service out in the area. Amenities at the home were 100% functional from arcade games in gameroom to streaming live TV or movies in the open space living room overlooking the river and landscape. We truly enjoyed the property and its surroundings. The entrance to Sequoia is literally a 3 min drive and the home is located in a very safe private area. We will definitely stay at this location for any future travels to 3 rivers. Thank you Srey, the Figueroa's.

Perfect!

The communication in advance was outstanding. Accommodations top notch. Entrance to NPS was just a few miles down the road. It is still a drive from entrance into the heart of the park but Three Rivers was so easy, especially being so close and getting up early to avoid lines at entrance. We used the ping pong table in the evening and loved the view!

Great stay

It is a great house in a great location with awesome views. We loved how close it was to the park entrance. The local stores are a little expensive but that is to be expected and they had everything we needed when shopping. We enjoyed the ice cream by the candle store also. Overall a great stay.

We love traveling to the beautiful Sequoia National Parks so much that we had to have a home in Three Rivers. We are very outdoorsy and adventurous. We like hiking, kayaking, river rafting, hanging out at the lake, exploring nature, etc..., and so Three Rivers was the perfect location to accomplish all these things, and more.
