Welcome to our 2 bedroom beachfront condo along the shores of Cape Canaveral, Florida! This spacious vacation rental offers access to the best sun, sea & space right off the back patio for the ultimate beach getaway experience.
Unpack your bags, settle in, and stay a while. Inside, you will find a fully furnished and equipped condo that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The living area is spacious and cozy, with an expansive sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and natural light that streams in through the sliding glass doors that lead to the patio and outdoor area.
The large private patio space is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or to dine al fresco in the evening to the sound of the ocean.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, and everything you need if you want to cook at home (if we don't have it just ask!) during your stay.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed & twin bunk beds. The second bathroom is a full bathroom with a bathtub.
We continue to make upgrades to enhance your vacation experience: we added a new washer and dryer in the unit (updated April 2021), new patio furniture (updated June 2022), a new refrigerator (December 2022), a home office set-up (June 2023) and bunk beds for the guest bedroom (May 2024), Stainless steel enhanced gravity water filtration system available upon request (June 2025).
As our guest, you will have access to all of the condo association shared-amenities, including a temperature regulated pool, a sauna, the community room, and private beach access. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella & toys are stocked in our patio closet for use during your stay.
This home away from home is perfect for families, couples, and contractors on an extended stay. The location is ideal for snowbirds, professionals that can work from anywhere, and families that can stay a month at a time. Our home office set-up includesfast WiFi and desk with a docking station and second monitor. Minimum one-month rental even if staying for shorter, pets allowed ($150 pet fee applies).
Cape Canaveral and nearby Cocoa Beach are filled with amazing restaurants, shops, and attractions, so you'll never run out of things to do. Whether you want a peaceful retreat or an action-packed adventure, our 2 bedroom beach condo in Cape Canaveral, Florida, is the ultimate beachfront experience and the perfect vacation rental for you.
We are pet friendly ($150 pet fee applies), with a minimum booking requirement of 60 days January-March and 29 nights the remainder of the year.

We are eager to share with you all our favorite spots and local tips and help you create your ultimate home-away-from-home stay in the Cape!
Varför värden valde detta boende
Private patio, quiet community, friendly neighbors, and located on the best stretch of beach on the space coast. Relax on the patio, plan your day around the space launches, take up water activities, enjoy long walks on the beach! There is so much to do, but then you are also invited to do nothing at all. We can also personally attest that it is equally ideal for working remotely as it is for unplugging for your own personal retreat.

View of Kennedy Space Center launches; proximity to the port to sea the ships, boats, SpaceX booster returns and occassionally a submarine come and go; one of the biggest patios in Cape Canaveral that is steps to the beach access; home office set-up if that is what is needed/desired.
