Daydream Inn is a peaceful lakefront cottage on Bald Mountain Lake. This lake is open for recreational use! Enjoy kayaking, fishing and swimming on this peaceful non-motorized lake. Daydream Inn has a vintage and whimsical feel, displaying artwork of the surrounding areas, and has great outdoor spaces and activities including, fire pit, spacious deck, screened porch with outdoor dining, private dock, use of 2 Kayaks/SUP'S, peddle boat and floating dock. As guests of Daydream Inn, you have access to Rumbling Bald amenities including outdoor pools/lazy river, indoor pool/saunas, fitness center, 2 championship 18-hole golf courses, driving ranges, spa/salon, mini golf, lighted tennis, pickleball, basketball courts and seasonal special events (golf and some activities are additional cost). Use Daydream Inn as a "home base" for visiting nearby towns and attractions. Many area restaurants and activities in Lake Lure, Hendersonville and Asheville are now open. There are wineries, breweries, live music, hiking trails, zip-line, waterfalls, and more within a short drive of Lake Lure. Tryon International Equestrian Center Pavilion is hosting some of the Chimney Rock businesses on weekends. Chimney Rock State Park is projected to open summer 2025. MAIN LEVEL: Daydream Inn features an open floor plan with Great Room, fully equipped updated Kitchen, Dining Area table with 4 chairs plus Breakfast Bar with 2 additional seats. Great Room has gas fireplace (Oct 1- May 1), Smart TV comfortable seating. Great Room, Deck and Screened Porch overlook Bald Mt Lake and private dock. Gas grill on the deck (propane supplied). Screened porch dining table with seating for 6. Master Bedroom has 1 Queen bed, large Smart TV and private Bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has two Full size beds, Smart TV and Bedroom 3 has two Queen beds with Smart TV, share a Jack-n-Jill Bath with combination tub/shower. 3rd full newly remodeled Bath is located adjacent to the Kitchen. Easy access from a large drive and paved parking area to Main Entrance. Parking for 3+ vehicles.
