Sit and relax in the newly renovated Spanish-Revival home. This beautiful home is perfect for family gatherings. Pamper yourself in this immaculate, non-smoking home, several minutes to the heart of Palm Springs Downtown restaurants, art galleries, golfing or hiking in its world-famous red rocks. A fun game of billiards is also at your fingertips. Enjoy your private heated swimming pool (pool heating available for additional fee) and spa as well!

The property is fully hedged and gated, providing absolute seclusion on this expansive 10,000 sqft lot that is ideal for entertaining guests.

The large, open living area has a well-designed and fully equipped gourmet kitchen, with all stainless steel appliances. The home is perfect for both cocktail parties and cozy nights in (or week-long Netflix binges!). Wall length sliding glass doors convert the house into a dynamic indoor/outdoor space, opening onto an outdoor dining table.

The manicured backyard offers a variety of spaces from the sun drenched loungers offering magnificent mountains views to the oversized Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. The upgraded salt water pool features a waterfall from the raised spa. The sculptural front lawn is perfect for an afternoon game of croquet or corn hole. Or take a 5-minute ride to downtown on one of the house bicycles.

The main home contains three bedrooms. Two bedrooms hold king beds. The third has a full size bed. There is a fourth bedroom in the attached casita. It has two single beds and two trundle beds. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. There is also a Pack-n-Play and high chair. We ask guests to bring their own crib sheets.

A large master bedroom features a new en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a separate entrance onto the pool patio. The large bedroom in the casita also has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom.

The home is one level with just one step-down into the family room. The home is permitted to host up to 8 adult guests and 2 children.

Beautiful home made for a wonderful vacation!

This is a gorgeous, spacious, and private home with all the bells and whistles! Plenty of bed rooms and bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, comfy living room AND the best part .. a salt water pool and hot tub! Tons of out door seating and places to eat!I can’t say enough about how much we all loved this house. It was hard to leave! Hope to stay again sometime!

Excellent home, great location and wonderful host

At various times throughout our three-week stay, we had family members and a young baby using the bedrooms and facilities. The home is well equipped and, for the most part everything worked (a few problems with t.v.s in two of the bedrooms, but not a big issue for us). We did run into a couple of problems during our stay, but John the owner was extremely responsive and reached out quickly to help resolve the issues. Great location, outdoor spaces beautiful and well kept. Highly recommended

Fabulous stay!

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Amarillo and would love to return with our family. The attached casita with toys, a pack & play, and the high chair were especially helpful with an infant. Bonus points for the EV charger.We loved the front and back yards, pool and hot tub, pool and ping pong tables, fire pit, and living space! This house has it all, with plenty of space for a group of 6. Wonderful neighborhood, too.Thank you to the owners, John and Kristie!

Great place for a relaxing girls trip!

We had a great time - house was as advertised, very clean and lots of amenities. Nice neighborhood to take walks. Close to downtown - about a mile walk or a quick Uber. Lots of great restaurants to visit! Pool area was great - lots of seating for everyone. Highly recommend.

HAD A FEW ISSUES

Thr property was nice as far as the layout and cleanliness. The description for the room with 4 twin should specifically say 2 trundle beds equalling 4 twin beds. Instead of just 4 twin beds. The property manager came and was pleasant but didnt know how to turn on the Jacuzzi instead referred me to a book with house rules and specific instructions. After readi g all the rules and instructions. We realized the Jacuzzi was turned on through a tablet so we tried to manuver though the tablet instructions. After about 30 minutes of all 6 of us trying to get the Jacuzzi working to no avail. We then called the number that was given for other house issues. I spoke to John on the phone and he tried to trouble shoot with me but the tablet was not responding at all. Luckily John was able to turn on the Jacuzzi remotely. But what an inconvenience.. We had to text John whenever we wanted to take a Jacuzzi. Also the tv in the bedroom with the twin beds and the room with the queen bed had rokku remotes without the stick so those tvs were useless.

Great house, super location

We sold our home in PS last year. We wanted to find a place to come with friends that gave us the feeling of home. Casa Amarillo fulfilled that. Spacious home with all the things you hope for - well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lots of different spaces to hang out both inside and out. Super convenient location. Will definitely keep this home in mind the next time we visit PS.

Great family vacation

It was our family’s annual spring trip. This house had everything we needed. Great pool, great location and great beds! Enough room for everyone to spread out. And multiple seating areas to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. We had a fantastic time!

Tahquitz jewel!

This wonderful quiet property with a view of the mountains & close proximity to downtown is an ideal place for families or a group of friends. The floor layout is conducive to your own space within the whole of the house. Very well appointed & pool area is beautiful. Would highly recommend-great value. Decor is very tasteful & well done. The pictures are true to what we saw.

Wonderful stay

A lovely property that’s clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is close to downtown. The pool and yard are great. My little kids LOVED all the toys, which means we didn’t have to pack any. A win-win!

Great Home and Service = Great vacation

Had a fantastic family vacation. One never knows if the pics match the reality and yet they did! House setup is great...lots of different sitting areas and separation between bedrooms. Very clean and well stocked. Service leading up to our arrival was prompt and thorough. Service during trip was equally as good. Would highly recommend. Great location and safe area.

We fell in love with this property the moment we saw it. It's a Spanish-Revival home built in 1934 with old-world charm. The house underwent a major remodel in 2020 that retained it's original character. It sits on a private enclosed lot with great views of the mountains. It has great entertaining areas to enjoy with family and friends. The neighborhood is one of our favorites in Palm Springs. Close to the downtown strip, great proximity to all the best restaurants, near Palm Desert and many other attractions in the Coachella Valley.
