Take a holiday in peace and quiet in this Provençal-style house that lacks for nothing, between the Alpilles and the Luberon, within the triangle formed by Avignon, Arles and Aix-en-Provence, 500 m from the village of Orgon. Inside the house you'll find all that you need, while the outdoor area, with a large, one-hectare garden situated on a hillside, is magnificent. If you take the road to Eygalières (9 km), the landscape is magical. Les Baux is 18 km away, as is Salon-de-Provence, famous for its craft soaps, its mossy fountain and for Nostradamus. Near Orgon, you can engage in outdoor activities such as rock climbing and hiking.
This exceptional house, decorated in Provençal style, has an air conditioning unit in the entrance on the ground floor as well as in the upper floor . This floor comprises a kitchen/living area with adjoining pantry/laundry room, a lounge/dining room and three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a large double bed; the second has a double bed and the third has two single beds. You will also find a bathroom with a bathtub and a hydro-massage shower, and a separate WC. From the lounge, stairs lead up to the first aircondtionned floor, where a mezzanine above the kitchen houses a desk/bookcase and a single bed. There is also a bedroom with two single beds that can be put together to make a king-size bed; this room has a shower room with WC and it's terrace has a view of the swimming pool. For the occupancy of 12 persons the master bedroom with TV, king-size bed and single bed as well as the bathroom with integrated WC has been added. It has a covered terrace and can be accessed via the gallery or independently from the outside.
You will reach this large property, close to the surrounding countryside, at the edge of a residential district. You can park up to three cars on the plot, which is closed off by an automatic gate, and one in the garage. There are 5,000 m2 of flowery, leafy garden, and 5,000 m2 of olive grove. You will enjoy spending time in the pool area, which is very well laid out with a pool house comprising an outdoor lounge set and a dining area with a barbecue and a fridge.
