Sandpiper 806 is an elegant 3 Bedroom, 2 œ Bathroom condo featuring stunning gulf and beach views and beds for 8 people. It is a middle unit with a large balcony extending across the entire length of the condo.
Newly remodeled with beautiful artwork throughout. Furnishings are comfortable with plenty of seating and a 55â TV in the living area. The kitchen features beautiful custom cabinets, granite countertops, and gulf views, and is fully stocked for your cooking needs. There are 4 comfortable chairs at the bar. The view from the dining table is spectacular. The table seats 6 with additional chairs available. The half bath is off the living area.
The balcony features 4 tall chairs with tables as well as a bench with tables for plenty of seating. It is shaded in the evening, making it the ideal place to enjoy a beverage or watch the waves and the birds flying by.
The master is large, tastefully decorated, and comfortable, with its ocean views as well as access to the balcony. There are 2 closets, plenty of storage and a 38â TV. The attached master bath is beautifully appointed with double sinks and a large walk in shower.
The guest bedrooms are off their own hall with the second custom bathroom, which includes a glass door tub with shower. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated, one with a king bed and the other with 2 queens. Each has a 32â TV.
All TVs are smart TVs, so bring your Netflix or other streaming account. There are BluRay/DVD players with all TVs. There is a small stereo with Aux and USB inputs in the living area. Each bedroom has USB outlets on the bedside tables in case you forget your charger.
