Helt ombyggda, inifrÄn och ut för 2014 sÀsong! Du kan knappast komma nÀrmare stranden Àn detta Lost Colony Beach House. BelÀget bara nÄgra steg till den komplexa poolen eller promenad över till stranden. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet har ett öppet vardagsrum och kök. Det finns tvÄ tabeller en plats för fyra och de andra tre tillsammans med bar plats för fyra. Köket Àr vÀl utrusta och det finns utsikt över vattnet frÄn vilken plats som helst i rummet. De 30 fot fönster med andlös havsutsikt Àr mittpunkten i rummet. Det finns ett badrum ligger pÄ denna vÄning. Den översta vÄningen har tre sovrum och ett badrum. BefÀlhavaren har en king size sÀng, det andra sovrummet 3 tvillingar och det tredje sovrummet en drottning. Soffan nedför trappor öppnar ocksÄ upp till en drottning bÀddsoffa. Den stora andra Master pÄ bottenvÄningen har en king size sÀng och fantastisk utsikt över vattnet, bara nÄgra steg bort. Denna enhet sover 10 personer i sÀngar och det Àr djurvÀnligt. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For years our family has stayed in the same house, Waters Edge, for years. It is a lovely, comfortable, spacious house right next to the beach. The large deck that overlooks the beach is especially nice. The property is well maintained and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving utensils. The house is located close to a beach access walkway. We plan to return next year.

Great Lost Colony home

We have stayed in many homes in the Lost Colony neighborhood, but this was our favorite one so far. Great views and a clean home.

Great property with amazing views

Master bedroom down stairs had amazing view of sun rise as well as moon rise. The rest of the spaces also had amazing views.

Excellent beachfront property

Everything was as advertised. Beautiful home in excellent condition and very clean. Well stocked kitchen service was great; we had a problem using cable tv and they responded with a service man at night. Turned out to be just a reset which we could have done if we knew the system.

Great view but not pet friendly. I was tired of pulling stickers off of my dogs paws the first day. And we couldn’t sit on the ground level due to fire ants.

Views are the best from this property . Right on the beach . Beach is wonderful in winter . Not busy at all . Great for long walks with Dog . Good weather and bad weather. Still had a chance to walk on beach every day .

Even sitting on the balcony feels as if you are still one the beach. The house was very comfortable and clean. This year was our third year to stay there for our annual summer vacation.. We plan to return to the same lovely house next year.

Beach Trip 2023

We had an amazing time. The house is beautiful. The location is fantastic! Perfect for families with children. You are literally right on the beach! The only suggestion I have is bring a large frying pan if you have more than four people in your group. The house has everything you need except that one item. Overall a five star experience. I will definitely book this house again for future beach trips. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us

Wonderful weekend getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Best part is the view and being just a boardwalk away from the beach. My husband and older son don’t like the sand- but this way they were able to hang out on the back porch/ balcony and enjoy the waves and the view. We went on several long walks on the beach- so easy since we were right there.Of note- the condo has basic toilette items, but no kitchen supplies such as salt and pepper - so bring everything you need to prepare food.

Spectacular location!!

This properties location was perfect! The house was beautiful with ocean views in every room. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk away, accessible by the boardwalk. We only have ONE complaint, the beds were so uncomfortable..The grand master bedroom, bottom floor with a private bathroom the bed was hard as a rock. The standard bedrooms with queens had hard beds. Everyone complained about how bad the beds were. Except for The master bedroom upstairs, it had a memory foam mattress, topper. Nothing compares to a comfortable bed, when my cousin left early we all fought over who could move to that room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this house. There was 10 of us staying there including 2 kids and we had plenty of room. We never felt crowded and there was plenty of bed space for everyone. Our 1 and ONLY complaint was only having 2 bathrooms. But, we just had to take turns and start early, it worked out fine. The view and beautiful home made up for it pretty well :)The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the 5 night stay. We hope we get to make it back here one day.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd time to stay in this home. We were disappointed some this time around. The views are amazing. Its location is perfect. The house can be beautiful. Drawback is the couch is so old and worn you don’t feel like sitting on it. We had a roach with its eggs on our bed by the towels housekeeping left. Pet stains on the carpet down stairs. It was sad to see some things going downhill with this home. Hopefully it can get worked out because it was our favorite place to rent for 12 days each year.
