We had a wonderful 2-night stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We really enjoyed our time here and appreciated having such a relaxing place to stay. The host was great and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

I am so sorry you didn’t have an enjoyable stay at our condo . Majority of our reviews are very positive and I appreciate your feedback . I double checked the pictures of the hot tub : as listed in the description and details we messaged you , there are two hot tubs. The one picture in the listing is the hot tub with a wooden pergola that is in the front . Many guest use the one directly behind the condo which isn’t the same setup . Given your feedback I assume you used the one directly behind the condo and missed the other. As far as IKEA furniture , I assure you this isn’t the case : the leather sofas and coffee table both came with the condo , the LVP flooring is new as of 2 years ago purchased from Costco , the Kitchen Butcher block countertop is 1 year old and bought from Home Depot , the bathroom is newly renovated from a custom bathroom designer using Home Depot products , and the bedroom bed and desk were both purchased from Wayfair 3 years ago . Again , I sincerely apologize it wasn’t up to your expectations ….. in 9 years of owning this condo we have only made improvements and done our best to keep it updated, clean and in better shape then other short term rentals. And other reviews indicate that is the case. Lastly , I am not sure what is wrong with the “dangerous patio” but I assure you I will personally be evaluating this next week for my pre-ski season thorough review of the condo . Thank you again for the feedback and appreciate you staying with us !

Our stay at Drew’s was great. When there was an issue with a clogged sink & the garbage disposal he was super responsive to get it fixed quickly. Great little place for a great value.

Great stay!

This was the perfect place for our short stay in Steamboat Springs. The condo was clean and just as described. The hot tub was a nice bonus to wind down. Communicating with Drew was super easy and we had zero issues. The complex is clean, quiet, and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.

a nice place in steamboat

we came to go to the springs and the shuttle comes right to your door here. the place was great, we couldn’t figure out the fireplace but otherwise everything was as expected, clean, and well-kept.

Perfect spot after skiing!

We had a wonderful time -- we had skied the day we checked in so I was extra appreciative of the comfortable bed and hot shower. I'd highly recommend staying for anyone considering it. Thanks, Drew!

An amazing stay! Our host, Drew, was super helpful and made sure to hit every point of the check-in/checkout process via great communication. A perfect couples getaway that totally has room for more if needed, however perfectly ideal for couples during summer and winter months - right next to the mountains and great nature accessibility. 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect Quick Stop

Great place to stay on our way to Denver! The access to the free bus to downtown and resort is key. The property doesn’t have AC, but it wasn’t an issue. It was in the 90’s during the day but very cool at night so don’t let that deter you from a great property.

This place is cozy and has everything you need. Don’t expect a luxury stay but the location is great and the host is responsive. I would definitely stay at this place again. * there is no A/C! Keep that in mind when you book depending on the season.
