Cute, charming house for a great short stay!

This house is adorable! It was comfortable and easily accessible, and it was in a great location. The hosts were easy to contact and very welcoming. The home was clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs.

Fun place to stay near Denver

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The home itself was very well kept and clean with lots of space to relax and enjoy Colorado weather. It is located near a beautiful park where I felt safe walking, jogging and visiting the playground with my young son. We were able to walk to local eateries and coffee shops. We had everything we needed during our stay and would definitely book again.

Great house and location!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this house! The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of two couples. The house was conveniently located to everywhere we went exploring. We found our favorite local brewery short walk away! The hosts, Bill and Autumn, were great to work with and quickly responded if we had a question. Highly recommend!

Best One Yet!

My 92 yr old mother and I travel together a lot. This property accommodated all our needs. Easy access, paved parking, two bedrooms, walk in shower, washer dryer on site. Add to that the extras. Yard well maintained, near a park in quaint, safe neighborhood in old town Arvada. Perfect!

Awesome place great location

Super cute house in a great neighborhood. Property manager was very responsive to our needs. House was very clean and well stocked. The location was close to major freeways and the train station. Close to Olde Towne Arvada with great restaurants and night life. It was perfect for our stay on the Denver area to move our son to college and visit family. We will be back!

Excellent stay! We loved the location (super convenient) and the house itself is awesome. The beds are crazy comfortable and they go above and beyond to make sure you have every day items you might need stock in the house. The owner was super helpful and thoughtful. HIGHLY recommend!

Great stay

This home was a perfect place for my wife, son and myself to stay. The master bedroom and bathroom were accessible (enough, for a high functioning para), and a ramp to get in and out of the house. Bill was responsive to the few requests I had, and I was very happy to have found this place!

Central Denver location and not far from the ski resorts.

Bill was extremely attentive and responsive. Location is central to lots of activities. The property was clean and well stocked with necessities. It was the perfect resting place after long days of exploration.

Super stay

Place is so conveniently located, and safe (across from municipal building, which houses the police). Nearby Ralston Creek Park was a perfect spot to take my grandson, watch the frisbee golfers and to begin my daily walks. Bill was so accommodating when I had questions or problems (of which there were very few). Definitely recommend it.
