Quaint airy open concept 4 bedroom

Steps(5 min walk) from the ocean, listening to the surf at night. 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Outdoor patio, porch. Parking for four cars. Full kitchen. Area is wonderful to enjoy. Visit Congdon's for a homey feel brunch with Mimosas; to a nice lunch at Billy's Chowder House overlooking the beautiful tidal river. Have dinner at Verano's or skip down to Ogunquit and go all out. The marginal way is a beautiful spot to take your special person for a quiet walk overlooking the rocky Maine coast have a seat and reflect on life and how much simpler it could be for at least a few days. I hope you love the place as much as I love it.

It's perfect for a family with children but not a group of adults, as the beds are not comfortable enough (the smaller beds).

My Family and I truly enjoyed our stay here! It had the right amount of space for us and was a quick drive to the public beach! The place was very clean and the host was quick to respond! Highly recommend!

Charming and peaceful

Extended weekend getaway for a family wedding! Couldn’t ask for anything more, wonderful open concept everything you need is there! Quiet location and just a short walk to the beach! We will definitely be returning! Communication with owner was great!

Six of us had a great stay at Jed's cottage - he was available and helpful, responsive to a few requests. The cottage is delightful, clean, a short walk to the beach. Very nice property, wonderful stay!

Perfect location

This house has the sweetest covered front porch, perfect little spot on a quiet street. Very short walk to beach. Loved the open concept, very spacious living area. Kitchen had everything we needed. An outdoor shower was a bonus. Will def book here again!

We had a great time, the neighborhood was perfect for a little one just learning how to walk. Minutes from the beach, steps from amazing marsh bird watching. House was clean and spacious, had everything we needed.

great host, awesome location

If it's available. book it! Place is great for a vacation with plenty of space and the location is great. Can walk to the public beach way at Moody or walk to North Beach. The hosts were great as well as we ran into a family conflict and the hosts were great accomadating our change.

Cozy and cute

My friends and I had an amazing weekend getaway! The beach house was clean and a lot more spacious than what the pictures made it out to be. It was a close walk to the beach and in a great area. We will definitely be back next summer!

A wonderful week in Wells

The property is in a quiet neighborhood near Moody Beach. The house was immaculately clean and perfectly comfortable. We had a couple of questions, which we texted the owner about and he responded within minutes, (nothing serious) resolving our issues. Everything about this house was perfectly to our liking and we hope to return next summer.

Peaceful Ogunquit Cottage

The house was spacious and well equipped with supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. The neighborhood was very lovely and quiet. It is conveniently located fairly close to downtown Ogunquit. Just wish there was a better selection of softer mattresses and it would be more pleasant if odor neutral trash bags for the kitchen and laundry soap were used.

Gerald was very attentive. We never needed to wait for a response throughout the booking process as well as during our stay. He also gave very helpful suggestions regarding area attractions. The house is very clean and was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We look forward to visiting again.

Great location. Nice property. Owner was responsive. My only recommendation is to get a new mattress in the pink room as it was old & uncomfortable. Otherwise a good experience.
