Perfect

The house was amazing - clean, well furnished, comfortable, no problems at all. Plenty of room for our 3 families (6 adults, 6 kids ages 8 to 13). The location was great. The beach was breathtaking. None of us had ever been to Maine before and we fell in love with it.

Beautiful property!

The place is really lovely. It’s a beach house, but not overdone. Comfy and stylish. Do sit on the deck and look out at the ocean. It’ll cure whatever ails you! I had a couple of questions and the host responded to me within the hour. This place was the perfect place for my family to wind down and hang. You will not be disappointed if you rent the place! Can’t miss!PS eat at Billy’s Chowder House

Long weekend with friends

We, a group of 8 friends, spent the 3rd time a long weekend to relax, knit, quilt, stitch and chat. Perfect place for us and the beach is just a few steps away for long or short walks. We will be back.

Absolutely beautiful house

There were a group of 10 ladies for the 3 day weekend. The house was so beautiful and the location was right across the beach. Easy to walk to. Very clean when we arrived and VERY spacious. Just remember that he main floor is actually upstairs along with the master bedroom. We had a friend with a wheelchair, but we did make it work. Highly recomment this house!!

Wonderful stay

5 long time friends who have VRBO’d many places over the last 10 years- and we had a great stay! Clean. Well appointed kitchen, pleasant decor, easy access to the beach, lots of space. Everyone was very happy to have such nice space. 3 livingroom areas and a large table for shared meals. Thanks for a great 4 days!

Wonderful Getaway in Wells Beach!

My family has been vacationing in Wells for over 40 years. Now that we’ve added a crew of grandchildren, it has been a better fit to rent a house for us all to maximize our time together and ensure accomodations fit our needs.This home offered both the size, layout, and location that we were looking for. With plenty of beds, bathrooms, and kitchen supplies, we were very pleased. The addition of beach toys and chairs was much appreciated, too!A few recommendations would be a cleaning of the second floor balcony. The chairs and picnic table were covered in dirt/layer of black mold due to the dampness. We also were unable to open the dining room (deck) door and some windows because no screens were installed.Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and hope to stay again someday!

Great location!

Spent several days here as part of a trip across the east coast with family and this house was perfect for our group both in size and the amazing location. The walk across the street to the beach was so easy and the peek-a-boo views from the front of the house to the ocean were lovely.

Parents 62nd Anniversary Family Time

Our parents love Wells Beach. We grew up vacationing here for many summers. The house was perfect! We spent most of our time in the spacious living area upstairs! The decor was inviting with plenty of room for all to gather. We enjoyed the propane fireplace and the large dining table. What we didn’t expect was all the ocean views from many rooms in the house! We are planning to return this fall for a longer stay!

Perfect Weekend Away

Wow this house has more living area than we expected! Would be a wonderful place to host a holiday. Our group of 8 enjoyed the open concept space, walks on the beach, puzzles and games. Accessing the home was easy, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wells Beach Stay

Great long weekend in perfect house for my family. Property management were very responsive to any questions we regarding the home. Its location was right across the street from the beach and a quick walk to shops by the beach.

Very comfortable

Stayed in January the off season so the area was really quiet and most shops were shut down. We had all we needed in the house. We were very comfortable. The fireplace was was warm and a joy to sit by. We absolutely had no complaints at any time during our 7 day stay. We would all like to come back in the summertime.
