Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the premier condo complexes in all of Panama City Beach! Complimentary Beach Chairs included.

This beautiful unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit comes stocked with newly updated stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom.

The master bedroom comes equipped with a king size bed and a 40 inch flat screen TV. The master bathroom has dual vanities, a walk in shower, and a separate tub.

The second bedroom comes with a Queen size bed and a TV in it. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combo in it.

An extra queen size bunk bed is in the hallway. Each bunk has a private TV! There is a bonus twin size trundle bed under the bunks.

Enjoy the beautiful beaches and breathtaking sunsets from the large balcony.

Property features two pools, two hot tubs, on-site tiki bars, on-site dining and shopping, exercise room, kiddie pool, coffee and ice cream shop, business center, meeting room, covered parking, WiFi hot spots.

From our upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf.

Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddy pool, Jacuzzis, and fitness center.

Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $50 flat resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $30. Motorcycle parking passes will remain at $15.

The room was great, furniture could use some updates, Resort had great amenities, just wish it would have been cleaned and ready at our check in time and not an hour later, traveling with 3 handicapped people, having to make them sit in a hot van and additional hours was havock.

Easy Check in. Room was clean and beautiful. We only had 2 issues. Someone left a massive amount of egg shells and wax paper in the garbage disposable. The disposal did not work and the sink backed up at times. I reported this to the property management and they were to tell maintenance. The second issue was the door to the washer/dryer would not open. I also reported this. Maintenance never came to fix the issues while we were there. Otherwise, the unit was clean and very nice.

Very nice property

Grand Panama is a very nice property and sits right on the beach. This is second year staying here and it is convenient to many restaurants, shopping, and activities. The management keeps the property in very good condition.

Beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Panama! The condo was very nice and located on the second floor. The pool and beach were perfect! Our only complaint was that the condo only came with 2 rolls of toilet Paper. There was no cleaning supplies so we had to buy them. Would definitely stay there again!

There was mold in both bathrooms. Front door deadbolt was broken. Patio chair was broken. Ants and roaches in room every morning. Bedroom sliding glass door did not work. Very unsatisfactory for the price!!!

Family vacation

Overall the property was great! The condo does need a major cleaning from top to bottom. The front door needs fixed. The deadbolt does not work at all which was a huge safety concern for us. If you have children that like to test the boundaries and open doors, there’s no way to lock the door from the inside at all and it’s cracked. The sliding door in the living room doesn’t lock either. The pools were great the access to the beach was fantastic and a short walk. Parking was good. Elevators were a short wait. Just needs a good cleaning our major only complaint.

dont stay here if you have children

owners are not welcoming of families with small children I've never seen grown women bully moms for having too many children, or letting them get in the hot tub. they wld call the security and have them come make everyone get out of the hot tub every 15 min to just watch everyone sit out. it was not enjoyable for anyone. the heater was broken on the pool so there wasn't another option but the hot tub and then to sit in the cold every 15 for 15 min for no reason. condo was nice, but wont stay again.

Great beach location

We have stayed at a number of condos in Panama City Beach. This one was on a lower floor than we normally stay which was convenient and still had great views, so the location was a positive! There were a few things that were disappointing but probably just a matter of taste. I thought the king size bed was like sleeping on piece of plywood. Interestingly enough, there was a new mattress under the bed still in plastic that had not just been put on the bed. I think other reviews have also given the bed low marks. The front door frame looked like the door had been kicked in at least once. I did not see in the listing description that parking at the facility was not included. It was disclosed after I booked the listing. We were not aware of the $80.00 cost for our two vehicles. Needless to say that process was a little frustrating and time consuming when we arrived. The patio was a nice size and the sliding glass doors worked well (some we have stayed in required a weight lifter to open the door…Just kidding…but these were nice and worked well. The beach chair service is always a welcome extra. Thank you for providing that.

Wonderful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect right on the beach and overlooking the pool. The building maintenance crew were incredible. They were constantly mopping, cleaning and taking care of maintenance. I have never experienced such a well maintained condo complex. The bbqs were cleaned daily and nearly spotless. The unit itself wasn’t very clean when we arrived, but we did our own deep cleaning and maintained it very tidy as we always do. We found receipts that were over 2 years old under one bed and a lot of dirt and construction trash behind the refrigerator. I also repaired one of the two sliding glass doors since it wouldn’t open and precious guests complained about that. We are somewhat eccentric about cleanliness. I actually washed the couch cushions and the chair cushions as well as the deck. I also bought new chairs for the Deck as the chairs that were there were in mismatched and in poor condition. I left the new chairs there for the next guests to enjoy. The main pool was heated but still a bit cold. The hot tub was clean and very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Underwhelming

This condo was extremely underwhelming and had several issues. Upon arrival, no lights were turned on. We didn’t get there until later in the evening, but the other half of my family had the condo next door (owned by a different company) and they had nice lighting upon entering their room. The room itself was not very clean, crumbs and other debris on the ground, some of the outlets/light switches either had missing or broken plates, the couch had some spots on it and overall, the place just looked very dated. The “master” bedroom was extremely tight and the curtains weren’t even fully hung in this room. Also upon arrival, while we were unpacking, it was so hot and we couldn’t get the thermostat to go below 75/76. They thankfully sent someone about an hour later. The other issue we had were ants all over the counter, ground, and even in the bathroom. They thankfully sent someone to spray and set up any traps, which did help to keep them at bay for the week, but I didn’t love being in there with an infant and kids with the smell of raid that lingered all day. Lastly, the fridge didn’t get very cold. We thankfully had room in my family’s fridge next door so all of our groceries didn’t spoil. I contacted them about this issue as well, but received no response about it. Basically the only thing this condo has going for it is that it’s second floor and right on the beach, but, unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved where the unit was located. Perfect view close to pool. But I sent an email to you that upon arrival the mildew smell was so strong we had to go buy stuff from the store but it didn’t help. It was really bad so we ate on the balcony . We were there a week but they was no trash bag only one in the can and no extra toilet paper. Usually a unit has two for a weeks stay. I cleaned houses for years and at least mop the floors they were bad. I would have done it but it needs a good mop and broom. It would have been perfect if the cleaners just did a good clean and keep something there for the strong mildew smell. I have always felt with the owners at other places so easy but you never contacted me back. I wish it could of been our go to place from now on.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Photos were deceiving - outside furniture was worn and pieces missing. (The picture shown is DECEPTIVE) The clothes washer was dirty and nasty. The shower was broken and the front toilet and dishwasher leaked. (When the repairman finally came, he did fix the shower but just replaced the toilet flapper, which continued to slowly leak; the flusher handle broke off making it impossible to flush unless on removed the tank lid to manually flush) The toaster did not work. The kitchen was not well stocked for renters that wanted to cook. (only 3 plates on which to eat, no potholders ...) The heater would only go up to 65 degrees. When property manager was called with these issues, they were slow to respond. All that being said - the location was central to activities and the beach view was wonderful. However, if you mind screeching children this unit was not the one for you as you were only one floor above the pool with the pool being front and center to the balcony. (to peacefully enjoy the sun and pool, one had to cross from one building to the other)Grand Panama complex had good amenities with two pools and a gym. (which was amply equipped). Parking was not a problem either.

Door lock was very tricky. Door doesn’t lock automatically when you leave. You have to manually lock it. Only a huge soup pot and very small kettle and small frying pans. Took me 3 different times to fry hamburger meat for spaghetti sauce and macaroni noodles. Grandsons really enjoyed the bunk beds. TV in master bedroom do not work.

Upon arrival, there were several dishes that were put away in the cabinets that were dirty and needed rewashed. Condo also had an odd smell (kind of musty) and we realized the air filter looked like it had not been changed in a while. There were new filters in the closet, we replaced it and the smell improved. We LOVE that this condo is on the second floor because you don’t have to wait forever for the elevators.

Not clean

The shower in the master was covered in mildew. I sprayed it twice with Clorox cleanup and got most of it off. The toilet in the same bathroom kept stopping up. The thermostat was set at 72 and could not be changed without a code. I called, sent a text and email and never got a code. I bought a wrap and kept it on when we were watching tv.also no hot water in the kitchen sink.

Great little place!

Location is incredible, Elevators were fast, and the beach is a short walk down. The unit itself was a tad dated and the mattresses are ready to be replaced, but other than that, we loved it. Had a great time and would stay again!
