Split structural plan, there are two bedrooms that share a bathroom located next to family room and kitchen. Once you leave the area there is a hallway that takes you to a second family/living room, twin bedroom, office with a futon and master bedroom that share the master bathroom. I am sorry, no pets, no events and no smoking permitted in the house. Weekly light cleaning offered at your request as an added value, only if renting more than 7 nights.

Perfect Location for Us

This was our first experience of being “snowbirds”. We wanted to be near our granddaughter and family and this house was perfect and within walking distance. It is also close to all that Brandon and Tampa have to offer. The Host was very accommodating and very responsive. We had family visit us and the set up of the house was perfect. The kitchen and family room area is the perfect gathering place with a very large island and updated Kitchen Aide appliances, lots of cookware and even basic cooking spices. The largest bedroom has a King-size bed and a bath connected with a wonderful shower, double sink vanity and updated flooring. The remaining 3 bedrooms have comfortable double beds and share a bath. The neighborhood itself is a family community. There is some street traffic as folks go to and from work but speed bumps help to keep it manageable and didn’t bother us on our stay. Luz, our Host, was always available to help whenever we had questions. We would definitely stay here again and can’t thank our Host enough for making us comfortable and happy.

Get away with family

Second stay at this home and it’s by far my favorite. Clean, comfortable and great location. Plenty of everything that a family needs, plates, silverware, glasses, etc. You can cook there or get to many great restaurants easily. Beds are comfortable, two living spaces with large screen TVs. Fast, reliable Wi-fi if you need to work while you’re staying. The host is available if you have any issues and resolves them quickly. We’ve already booked a return for a third stay. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent!!

Altamente recomendado. Todo muy limpio, bonito y súper cómodo. Luz, nos brindó un trato espectacular. Muy accesible y comprensiva. Tuvimos una emergencia, se llamo a Luz y fue muy cordial y nos ayudó de inmediato. Incluso se ofreció más de lo esperado. Nos encantó muchísimo. Regresó el siguiente año.

Awesome base to explore the Tampa Bay Area

We are very happy, we choose this place. The house is exactly as described and was perfectly prepared for us. There was more than enough room for the four of us in the house and it is close to every shopping, dining and entertainment you can wish for. Playing a round of Topgolf is a must do! Thank you for sharing this place with us! We will definitely come back!
