This beautiful condo is centrally located in the heart of Palm Desert close to shopping, movies and restaurants. It features two bedrooms (each with King size beds and flat screen TVs with cable) and two separate bathrooms.
Enjoy your morning coffee and freshly squeezed grapefruit from your own patio tree with views of the golf course, surrounding mountains, and the sight and sounds of the water feature/fountain. The back patio features two lounge chairs and seating for 6, a gas barbeque, and grilling tools. The entry to the property features a gracious front private patio where you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon glass of wine and a good book. The property features a two car garage which will fit one vehicle along with the golf cart provided. The outside of the condo is a treat, and so is the inside.
The very elegantly decorated condo has updated furniture, linens, lamps and accessories. It comes fully stocked with linens, pool towels, floating rafts, and an extra set of women's and men's golf clubs. It also has a fully stocked kitchen with ample quality appliances, dishes, silverware and barware. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is seating for two at the kitchen counter. The living room features a fireplace, wet bar and a flat screen TV. Wifi, cable and a golf cart are included.
Best of all, it is located at the beautiful Oasis Country Club! The condo is within walking distance to the clubhouse and gym. The club includes a top rated beautifully maintained 18 hole executive course, pickleball and tennis courts, a gym, a lending library, a lounge with indoor and outdoor seating, a grille room and banquet room, 18 pools and spas with the closet pool a few steps away and all types of group activities for you to join. Golf memberships are available or you can play as you go.
