Offering an open-concept first-floor main living space with a spacious living, kitchen, and dining area, you'll entertain and relax together as a family. You'll take delight in whipping up a home-cooked meal in the well-stocked gourmet kitchen, then savor it at the dining table offering banquet style seating for ten. After a day at the beach take advantage of the gas grilling station and unwind on the roomy porch garnished with an additional flat-screen TV; and in the evenings you'll wind-down in the living room featuring a large flat-screen TV. 

Making your way upstairs, you're sure to get the R&R you deserve in the master suite, furnished with a king-size bed, and providing a private ensuite. Just down the hall, you will sleep soundly in the guest bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and also providing access to a private ensuite. Additional sleeping for four can be also be located on the second floor is a guest bedroom furnished with two full-size beds and supplied with a private ensuite. Only 15 minutes to Pier Park, a new complex of shops, restaurants, activities, and a multi-screen theater.
