Get ready to hit the ground like a local when you step out the door of our historic home, in the exciting Treme neighborhood! If you have seen the HBO show "Treme" you'll know how beautiful and vibrant this neighborhood is -- full of stunning architecture, music and great food. We are 2 blocks away from Kermit Ruffins' Mother In Law Lounge and the Treme Hideaway (owned by a member of the Rebirth Brass Band) - and both clubs have music nightly. We're also about 4 blocks from the famed Frenchmen Street, which is lined with music clubs of all kinds. Great restaurants are a short stroll away and you can easily walk to the French Quarter (15 minute walk) or to the Jazz Fest Fairgrounds, (or you can self-rent one of those Blue Bikes a half a block from our house). If you want to head uptown to the Garden District you can take the historic streetcar (those cute "Trolley's you see in all Nola ads), which is 6 blocks away, or take a 10-minute Uber/Lyft ride.
But as close as you are to everything, our house is tranquil and quiet so you can get a great night's sleep on our extremely comfortable beds with 1,000-thread count sheets and luxury comforters.
