The property is well maintained and has the comforts of home. The property manager was on site when we arrived, and she was kind and welcoming. The property is centrally located and close to all the area attractions. We enjoyed our time and would highly recommend this property!

This property was super clean and cute! The distance to Wally's Service Station and the squad car tours is only a few steps. Main Street is about a .5 mile walk but mostly level and easy. The bathroom is small, but functional. Most importantly, the house was cute and clean with an original 1950s-60s vibe.

This little house was great - from the comfy beds with beautiful linens, the nice dining room table, sparkling clean bathroom, and very comfortable living room. But the extra touches of books about the area to browse and the DVD set of the Andy Griffith Show were the icing on the cake!! We loved watching the shows when the rain cancelled our outside plans!! Thanks for making our stay extra special.

The home was extremely clean and convenient to the Mayberry exhibits and downtown. Emily was very accommodating and everything we needed was provided. We would highly recommend this home.

House is now painted blue which host told us about before our trip so we were aware and had no problem finding the house. This was perfect for our weekend getaway. We happened to be there for Mayberry Days. Surprisingly quiet location. Super convenient. Could walk to everything. Plenty of coffee. Night lamp in hallway was helpful. Easy driveway parking. Beds were comfy. Quaint dining room with old fashioned radio. Enjoyed our stay!

The rental was very clean and was in an excellent location. I walked to Wally's Service Station, The Mayberry Courthouse and jail, to three museums, and lots of shops.
