New renovation in Key Colony Beach oceanfront complex, with heated pool and private beach with amazing ocean views. Unit #5 is a studio condo featuring a brand new kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal (stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc). Relax on our private beach and enjoy Sunset Park right next door. Beach with lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki's and BBQ grills for guest use. Impeccably clean and sanitized

The space
Newly remodeled studio condo sleeps 4. Full size, well equipped kitchen with all new appliancesr & custom granite counter top. Bathroom has walk-in tiled shower and new vanity. Two brand new, bamboo comfort mattresses on queen sized beds are inviting you to sleep on crisp, 100% cotton sheets and bedding, for a restorative rest after a day in the Florida sun. We also provide thick, high end cotton towels. A laundry basket is provided in the unit & on-site, coin-op laundry machines are available. Fresh linens, bath towels and beach towels are in place upon arrival. We take care of everything for you!
We pride ourselves on keeping our condos super clean and fresh, promising a great Keys experience!

Guest access
You'll have full use of our beach, lounge chairs, tiki huts, BBQ grills, heated pool and grassy areas. We even have a shuffleboard court if you're up to a fun challenge!

Other things to note
If you would like to rent kayaks or bicycles while you are here, Bike Marathon Bike Rentals will deliver them to the Continental Inn. Kayaking in and around Key Colony Beach is a wonderful way to enjoy the water. At low-tide we have a huge sandbar to the West of KCB (about 10 minute kayak away from our condo beach) where you can beach your kayak and explore the shallows on foot. You'll spot huge starfish, spotted eagle rays, small tropical fish and lots of other surprises. We have a bike rack on the side of the complex and a kayak rack down by the beach for use during your stay. Bike Marathon Bike Rentals will also pick up the kayaks/bicycles when your trip is complete. You can call them direct to reserve and schedule delivery

Christmas break in the keys

We came down to the keys for a few days and this condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean, it was in a great little beach community and it was a great location for what we had planned. The owner was very easy to communicate with as well.

Key Colony Beach is the BEST!!!

Loved the property, room was comfy with plenty of space, everything we anticipated and were looking forward to! Kim is a great and caring owner who def is hands-on and provides great info and intel for people who aren’t familiar with the area. Will def consider booking again if we ever head to the Keys in the future!! THX MUCH!!!! If only those stinkin wildfires didn’t delay our exit from the Keys by 12 hours, would’ve been a perfect trip - but we all know Mother Nature has other plans sometimes
.. Kudos to the MDFR and Forestry Dept for keeping everyone safe incl us aggravated motorists on the road ways headed out and headed in!

Very nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was small, but very clean and newly furnished. Key Colony Beach is a nice community, walk over to Sunset Park for the sunset. Close by is Sombrero Beach, perfect for swimming or fishing. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic location

This place was wonderful for my daughter and her 2 kids (3 and 5). The pool was nice and warm with a whole bin of pool and beach toys. The beach was perfect for playing and building sand castles. We used the very well maintained gas grill for several meals. Would stay here again.

Great place and great location.

My wife and I stayed here in mid October. Seems to be a good time to visit the Keys. Not too busy. It is an older facility but has been renovated nicely. The private beach was one of the best parts. The grounds are well kept and tidied up each morning. We would stay at this location again.

Beautiful spot near Key West

A very nice small apartement. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool is great. Key West is about 80mins away. It has a small beach. The view is great. The water is not so nice there. Lots of sea grass. But the small beach is a nice spot.

A nice little getaway

We booked this condo through Verbo for the week of April 27-May 3, 2025. When I booked, the property manager Kim immediately responded. She was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with whatever we needed. The property is tucked away on Key Colony Point, near Sunset Park, but it is conveniently located to nearby marinas, restaurants, and attractions. It is nicely landscaped (see pix) and the room was recently renovated and nicely decorated in a beach theme. My guess is everything on the Keys gets renovated every time a hurricane comes through. In our particular unit, there was plenty of storage, with lots of drawers, cubbies, and a closet. And there was a charging station on each of the 2 nightstands. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and standard appliances, which seemed new as well. But the microwave was TINY (a dinner plate would not fit). The kitchen and bathroom were on the small side, and it was a shower only. There was no fan in the bathroom to draw shower steam out.Cell reception seemed really bad all over the local islands, but it was probably an engineering marvel to get cell reception there at all with not as many towers as on the mainland. Some things about the property that I did not like were:The coin operated washers and dryers (2 of each) were located OUTSIDE, and 2 of each is not nearly sufficient for a complex this size (see pix).

Awesome Location

My family of 4 had a great time! We visit Marathon a couple of time per year but this was our first time staying at the Continental Inn. The property is clean and staff is friendly. Our unit was in great shape and a perfect fit for us. The host Kim is very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean and private

Clean. Location nice in regard to proximity to multiple Keys and local restaurants/shops. Rather private as the complex was small. Appreciated the luggage cart, dehumidifier, and kitchen items as well as the USB chargers. We were able to obtain additional towels/washcloths upon request. Be aware only face soap and a hair dryer are provided as toiletries. The pool and sand area were kept very orderly and clean.

Key Colony Beach Condo

We have visited the Keys many times and this is by far our favorite location. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect location - steps away from the beach and swimming pool. The beach was peaceful and quiet. We watched a beautiful sunset from the local park which was right next door. Kim was very quick to respond to our questions and extremely helpful. Overall we were very happy with our stay and will be back!

Short Trip Get-A-Way

Great location for a quiet get-a-way. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We woke up to the sunrise and in the evening, just a few steps away, we watched beautiful sunsets. If you are looking to "unplug and get away" this is the place for you. Kim was very helpful, and our accommodations were exactly what we expected! Lovely place.

We had an enjoyable stay here. Check in was smooth and Kim was very responsive. We enjoyed the sunrises on the beach and the sunsets at the park nearby. We liked walking through the neighborhood and even saw a manatee!

Wonderful Stay

Very nicely updated unit in an older complex just steps from watching both sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. Beautiful pool and private beach, along with lots of nice walking paths in this neighborhood. Host Kim and the onsite staff were very kind and always available. We would stay here again.
