Cozy Condo

The condo was clean, close to the grocery store, and convention center. The Isle of Cay pool was a short walk and is beautiful and relaxing! We had a small plumbing problem, Myrtle was responsive and the problem was fixed pretty promptly! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

It was perfect for my friend and I! Very clean too! Very quiet also. The only thing different is the couch. I would stay there again for sure! It's also close to everything, and a Publix a block away if you need to stock up on food. Thanks so much for letting us pick your place!

Great place!

We had a great experience staying here. The beds were comfortable, the kids had a blast at the pools, and Myrtle was quick with communication if we had any questions or issues. The kitchen had very limited basics, but we were able to make it work. Thanks again for a great stay!

Universal vacation

The location was perfect to spend several days at universal, gave us some space and many things to do in our downtime from the parks. The condo was clean and has a well stocked kitchen. Would recommend!

Fun family vacation

Our host was great! The condo was very clean and had great amenities. We travelled with our 2 and 5 year old and there was lots for them to do. The space is quiet at night and was not too busy. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome FL Rental

Cute and fun rental with Jack and Jill setup for 2 of the rooms and a bedroom with private bath. Just enough space for a small group of 4 people! Would highly recommend this rental that comes with a washer dryer and a few bath towels!

AAU Championships family trip

The property is clean. Nearby the Orange County convention center. Location convenient. Nearby Walgreens, Publix and restaurants. Universal Studio Parks are 15 minutes from the property. We live the property and will stay again.

Great and comfortable, well located

We are a family of 5, we stayed in the appartment for 11 days and everything was perfect. The condo is very well located, 15 min to Unoversal an 20 to Disney, 15 for Premium outlet mall. We loved the pool area and the trail along the cay lake. The place is very quiet and peacefull. The appartment has all you need to be confortable, and the equipment is in very good conditions. Myrtle is very kind and provided us all the information we needed.We would come back for sure.

Volleyball tournament

Perfect size for my vb player daughter and husband and I. It was exactly as listed, clean, organized, and everything worked! Great being end unit of hall, no elevator or door noise.

Wonderful condo

My family stayed at this property for a short spring break trip to Universal Studios. It was absolutely perfect. The condo is true to the listing. We had everything we needed to cook a couple meals to save some money, and the supplies the were provided were plentiful. We did drive over to Publix to get some groceries. The area was great, and the security around the complex was nice to have. It was too cool to use the pool, but we did enjoy some time on the balcony. I would highly recommend a stay in this property. If we ever head back down that direction I wouldn’t hesitate to reserve this property again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

AAU Volleyball Tournament at Orange County Convention Center

This was the perfect place to stay for my daughter’s AAU Volleyball Tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. We have been staying at hotels for many years. I wish I knew about Vista Cay earlier. The property owner, Myrtle, was great! She was so responsive to all of our questions. It was super easy to get into the condo when we arrived. Everything was as described online. Very clean. Most condos that I have rented give you one garbage bag and one dishwasher detergent. We were pleasantly strong see the extra garbage bags and extra dishwasher detergent and soap by the sinks. It was so nice to have a washing machine and dryer in the unit too. Thanks for everything! We will be coming back and would love to stay in the same condo again.

Nice place

The location is perfect. Easy access on and off the highway. Plenty of parking. About mid-way between Universal and Disney World. Restaurants, Publix, liquor store, and I-drive entertainment just minutes away. Well furnished, clean and fully appointed. I would sit on the balcony and drink my coffee in the morning. There were 5 of us (two adults, 1 older teen, 2 early 20's) and I felt the family area was a bit small for us. The sofa in the pic is not the sofa at the property, To watch TV or just hang out as a family, 2 could sit on the sofa, 1 in the accent chair and if you showed up late you were stuck sitting at the dining table. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Towels were clean and fluffy and plenty for everyone. There was even a box fan available to cool me off during my "hot-flashes" at night.
