This was a good place for a family of 5 going to events at the Convention Center. Soooo much space. King on the first floor, king in the top floor master. Two full size in the top floor guest room. Huge living room, though we could never figure out the TV and streaming service.We could've stayed in some rooms adjacent the CC, but this was so much better. Just a 5-7 minute drive to the main CC parking area. Full kitchen is a game changer. Getting park at the front door instead of some far off parking lot. Very close to Sea World, just a few blocks from Universal. And about a 15-20 minute drive to the Disney parking lots for their parks. We stayed at a Disney resort our first three days. While we liked the Disney transportation, it was pretty easy to just drive over and park. We did have an issue with the bed as a board broke. But I called and they fixed it up within hours while we out.

Clean, comfortable, and central

The property was very clean which was the most important thing for me. The set up of the house was perfect for a family with kids. We loved the mid level in which people could be up early or sleep in and still gather without waking each other. The property owner was very vigilant about making sure we had all the info we needed to check in and answered questions quickly. The only disappointment was the repair being done to the closer pool. However we still had access to another pool. It was exactly what we were looking for on our first family vacation to Orlando. If we visit Orlando again we’d love to rent property here again from this owner.

Perfect Location

Very good place to stay. We had an event at the OCCC west concourse and this was just 5 minutes from there. Very clean and neighborhood very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Myself and 3 friends traveled to Orlando for the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Really enjoyed the VRBO and it’s proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. Short distance to Publix and some casual restaurants. Great communication with our host. Comfortable beds and couches for us to relax after long days playing golf and spectating the API. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool and other onsite amenities. 5 stars

Nice Home - Average Amenities

Overall the home was clean and nice. Check in was easy and we liked the location. However, other VRBO’s we have stayed at in Vista Cay had better quality towels and normal everyday essentials you usually get when renting a VRBO. The home has three bedrooms and sleeps 8, however, there were only three towels in each bathroom (and a few were very thin - and old). We only had 6 staying, but just a heads up. Additionally, there was no Kleenex or hand soap provided, and we were only given two very small rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom for 5 nights/6 days. We had to go purchase Kleenex, hand soap, laundry detergent, and extra toilet paper during our stay. Therefore, when renting this property, be sure to bring or purchase those items.

Wonderful Condo in a great location

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this condo. The location is excellent (in between the Disney Parks and Universal). The condo is in a quiet gated community. The condo had everything we needed, was clean and had plenty of space for each of us (there was a bathroom in each bedroom). The owner responds very fast to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Really nice place but had unwanted guest

This unit was nice to stay in, but we had unwanted guest…Ants! It made it hard because we discovered them in the kitchen, crawling on the dining room and stairs. When reporting the issue response time was awesome…less than39 minutes. Action was taken but did not totally rid of the ants. Great location, I really like Vitsta Cay!

Great location and quiet neighborhood

Everything was great. The location is convenient to a lot of local activities. The property had most of the essentials we need to cook quick meals if we didn't want to go out. The only small complaint we had was the kitchen sink water wouldn't really get hot. The showers also took a little bit of time to warm up, but they would get comfortably warm with a little time.

Absolutely EXCELLENT

Perfect Perfect Perfect, if this property is available for the dates you need, look no further, just book it before someone else does. It was absolutely brilliant, near to all attractions, completely central. But very private and quiet when back on site, the host was very responsive and flexible when booking, and accessible when there. Book do not risk losing this, also it is directly across from the new Univeral EPIC park that opens 2025.

Great condo close to OC Convention Center

Vista Cay condos are the best place to stay when attending a conference at OCCC for a group of business associates. Very convenient location next to lots of eateries and a Publix grocery store. Highly recommend.

Overall Nice Stay

Overall I would say this property is good but we did have a few issues. The first thing was the door code did not work when we arrived I called the number on the contact email and they were able to reset it immediately which was very helpful. The other issue was none of the bedrooms had curtains on the windows. The downstairs bedroom doesn’t have blinds just a sheer curtain. We all woke up at 6:30 because of the daylight coming on all of the bedrooms. This is not the hour I would like to rise while on vacation. If they add some good heavy curtains I would be willing to stay here again. The bathrooms and kitchen were very well stocked and clean.

Very Nice Stay

We had a very nice stay. The home was very accommodating, clean and in a beautifully manicured neighborhood. The community pool was clean and hospitable. The location is very close to most of the area attractions we went to.

Great place and awesome owner

We stayed here and the house next door for a show at the OCCC. Owner was amazing! He made the check-in and stay very easy. He was happy to answer any questions we had and make our stay great. On-site management was also very good. House was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. The house did have three stories, with kitchen on second level. You will need to be able to do some stairs to stay here. The house location was perfect and short walk to the OCCC, food, and the shopping centers. Nice, gated community area and we all felt very safe. Overall, I would highly recommend!

I purchased these properties because of their great proximaty to the Orange County Convention Center and their central location to all that Orlando has to offer (theme parks, International Drive, etc.) I bought side-by-side units to cater to businesses attending conventions and larger parties of vacationers who would like to stay together.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The 3rd bedroom is a bonus because of the 2 big double beds. No small twin beds. Also, the 3 floor plan allows everyone their own space at the end of the day with each bedroom having its own private bath.
