Paris in the Spring

We had a wonderful stay. There was a small hiccup with check-in, but it did not affect the rest of the stay. The apartment is wonderfully located near the Eiffel Tower. Many shops nearby and a very convenient store around the corner.

Passy apartment

Very pleasant stay in the 16th, a nice neighborhood across from the Eiffel Tower.The proprietor is efficient, has OK English, is responsive.The apartment is fine, the WiFi is excellent, the building is quiet. Near good bus and metro lines.Only two problems, and they are minor. There is oven, just a stove top .And the small washing machine in the bathroom does not work.But all in all a very pleasant stay. I certainly would recommend it.

First Time in Paris

This was our first time in Paris and our stay was absolutely marvelous. Everything went smoothly. The apartment was great and featured good security. It was near everything especially the Eiffel Tower which I got to see everyday and never ceased to amaze me. Can't wait to go back and spend more time there.

Amazing Stay

Overall, we had a wonderful stay in the apartment and Marine was very easy to deal with. It’s in a great location, near food, shops and the metro and within a block of the Eiffel Tower. Would highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Paris.

simple place in a fantastic location

We stayed in Marine's apartment for 2 weeks. It is a basic 2 room apt with a small linear kitchen. There is an elevator in the building. The Eiffel tower, with all its tourist crowds, was a 5 minute walk away-- we actually got tired of looking at it! You can see the Seine from the balcony.Many bistrots and boulangeries up the steep stairs or around the block on Rue de Passy. The 72 bus an 6 metro (both very scenic rides) were minutes away. We could walk almost anywhere we wanted to go but we started our stay with a 2 day Batobus pass, the best hop-on hop-off on earth! No Ubers needed except for the airport or rainy days.Marine was a very responsive host. We had a lot of back and forth communication before our trip because we initially wanted to book a longer stay. She met us at the apt and gave us a complete tour. When we had a problem with the window shades at the front of the apartment, she promptly sent someone to fix them the next day.

Incredible stay

Very clean Wonderful location, easy to get to. Restaurants, bakeries increase stores. Listen in walking distance metro very close by. I would definitely go back again and stay.

Great location!

It was the perfect hub while we explored Paris and the French Open. The neighborhood can't be beat!! Marine was great as well. Very responsive and let us into the apartment early so we could drop our bags off. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Comfortable and Close Passy

The location is excellent, and very close to the Passy metro so travel around was easy. We were met by the owner, who explained the flat’s amenities to us, which was much appreciated. All shopping needs were met in Passy itself. We recommend Chez Tony for authentic French food, a great vibe and excellent host. We had problems with rubbish collection, and recommend that the schedule and location of the building’s bins be made more explicit. But overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Convenient location, basic decor

We appreciated prompt friendly communication with the host and flexibility regarding dates and meeting time. Decor is basic and comfortable; it met our needs for a 10 day stay. Convenient to Passy metro station, bus, and Rue Passy area shopping, restaurants, cafes, groceries and laundry. 1 minute walk to the Seine for a prime view of the Eiffel Tower. A 30 min walk to, Bois de Boulogne, a lovely large forest park.

This apartment was in the perfect location for our stay in Paris! A quick walk to the Seine, Eiffel Tower, the metro and shopping. The apartment was in a safe location. Marine was a great hostess too. Very accommodating for an early arrival. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. I have already recommended it to others!

Seine view apartment

We had a great stay here with the Seine visible from balcony and only 1/2 block away. with Eiffel tower view. Eiffel Tower was reached by foot in 15 minutes. Groceries were 10 minutes walk away and the #72 bus at end of street took us everywhere along the river

Wonderful apartment in Paris

This is a wonderful Paris apartment which I highly recommend and would return to in a future trip. It has an open floor plan, terrace and is large for a Paris apartment. The location and amenities in the apartment are perfect for a short or extended stay in the city. From the front of the apartment in one direction you are only a few steps from the Seine and the Eiffel tower. The other direction takes you up a beautiful set of stairs right into the 16th Arrondissement, full of cafe's, shops, patissiers and beautiful buildings. Although you are so close to the Eiffel tower, the street itself feels private and quiet. The apartment has a large window with views of the classic French architecture of the other buildings on your street. Marine is a sweet, helpful and very communicative host. We had another VRBO listing cancel on us and were so lucky to find Marine's listing available. I usually like to see more reviews before renting, but Marine put any concerns I had to rest immediately with her helpful and professional communication from the reservation process, to check-in, to checking out. All went smoothly. I know there will be many more positive reviews of this apartment in the near future.
