Located just minutes from the lake, downtown, Walmart, movie theaters and the amazing London Bridge. Plenty of parking for your RV(s) and toys. Quiet street with minimal traffic. Brand new heated pool and walls for privacy. All New Built in BBQ, Over 50 of Granite CounterTop space for the ultimate in entertaining. Putting Green, Horseshoe Throwing Pit, Turf Area for Games. New Patio Furniture and fire pit. Entire home renovation was recently completed. New ceiling fans and recessed lighting throughout. Additional wide screen TV for Gaming! Great backyard space for entertaining, large yard with patio cover and seating. Professionally Landscaped front and back with landscape lighting to enjoy after you watch the another Beautiful Lake Havasu Sunset from the backyard.
