Capecation! This three bedroom condo is perfect for multi-generation family getaways. Besides the relaxing heated pool (open June- September), this condo comes with two mountain bikes w/helmets and a paddleboard w/life jacket for your use.

The Cape's beautiful weather and numerous activities such as taking in the sights, golfing, boating, kayaking, whale watching, biking and hiking makes it a very attractive destination anytime of the year. We are perfectly located for day trips around the Cape and Islands or even into Boston.

This spacious condo is conveniently located a little over a mile from South Cape Beach and New Seabury's Popponesset Marketplace, a village center with shops, restaurants, cafes and miniature golf. An easy bike ride to explore the area. There are also nearby walking paths and hiking trails as well as a place to rent bicycles (if you need more than 2) or kayaks. A few miles more will take you to the multitude of shops and restaurants in the Mashpee Commons. It truly is the perfect vacation spot!

You will feel yourself begin to unwind and relax as soon as you find our condo tucked away in a quiet corner, bordered by preservation land. This three bedroom condo includes a king, double and three single beds to accommodate a large family or a gathering of friends. The floor plan is an open concept that lends itself to socializing and quality family time. There are sliders in three separate rooms that lead out onto our private pool area, another popular gathering place.

We have tried to include all of the amenities that you will need for the perfect vacation away from home from the linens and towels to the dishes and utensils in the kitchen. You will find beach blanket and towels, sand toys, coolers and chairs to take to the shore. Then there are games, books and puzzles for the rainy days. There are two mountain bikes for exploring the neighborhood or visiting South Cape Beach.

Please note cell phone reception in most of New Seabury is spotty. You may want to contact your carrier prior to arrival to find out if you have reception or how to best set your phone to use Wifi.

We have a complimentary Cape Cod picnic basket filled with local goodies for those guests staying with us for a week or more. We look forward to hosting you during your visit to the Cape and know you will leave with memories that last a life time!

Great family vacation spot!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Three good sized bedrooms, awesome pool and great location in New Seabury - 5 min drive to south cape beach! Great hosts who go out of their way to make the house comfortable and fun.

Family stay for a weekend

Very comfortable, pretty home. Nice space to gather yet bedrooms are separated and private. Host was very accommodating and allowed us to have an early check in. Good communication re: check in and departure. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect Cape Getaway

Loved this location! We had an extended weekend stay for a famil weekend. Capecation is a very roomy and comfortable place to stay. The private pool made the stay even better. The house is clean and very bright with sliders for access to pool from 3 rooms. Everything was thought of. We only had a couple of minor tems we needed to report to the owner. She was quick to respond and that the issues will be rectified during off season. Working with the owner was a breeze and she was very responsive when questions arose. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back during the warmer weather!

We are year-round Cape residents ourselves but still enjoy exploring the Cape and the many treasures it has to offer. We are always finding a new gem in our travels that we hadn't known about. We also love the beaches and natural beauty the Cape and islands have to offer. We enjoy sharing our love of the Cape by giving our guests a comfortable and relaxing home-base from which they can also explore the Cape and islands.

One of the aspects that attracted us to this rental property was how it is privately tucked away in a peaceful little corner of New Seabury and offers the privacy that you want for a true get-away. The sunny patio with its own private pool where you can relax and unwind with your family. These days we are all looking for a safe place to enjoy time with our loved ones and we want to provide that safe haven.

Mashpee has everything that makes a great small town: a multitude of shops, restaurants, theater, and much more including beaches and hiking trails. Mashpee is only 25 minutes over the Sagamore Bridge so it is easy to get to but also a great base from which to explore the rest of the Cape. Close proximity to the ferries that will take you out to the Islands too.
