Nymålad interiör. Du kommer att älska detta hem med den privata poolen med skärmskåp (ja, solen kommer igenom, det är bara för att hålla poolen ren från löv). Du kan inte gå fel med det här huset. Inhägnad bakgård innesluten för integritet. Mycket nära den vackra vita sandstranden i Panama City Beach (cirka 5 minuters promenad eller några sekunder).
En plats du alltid kommer att känna dig som hemma. Kabel-TV och höghastighetsinternet. 5 minuter till Frank Brown Park och den nya Pier Park. Dessutom är denna fantastiska plats bara 5 minuter till 30 A.

Den västra delen av PCB är mycket mer privat och trafiken är
definitivt mycket bättre. Detta är den del av stranden
familjer vill vara i. Stranden är inte överbefolkad som på östra sidan och vattnet är fantastiskt.
Gå snorkla, fiska, simma eller bara baka på stranden. Du kommer alltid att ha en härlig tid här.

Om du letar efter en plats att festa och vara hög för att störa grannarna är detta inte huset för dig.

Great communication

Rich and Brenda were very responsive and did a great job communicating to us. The house was everything we needed and the beach was a short walk. Also the beach was not busy like most other beaches in the area. Lots of food choices near by.

Our week with the family

Our visit was wonderful. We enjoyed the house; it was so homey to come home to after a day at the beach. Everything about our visit was great. Hope to stay there again. It was the first time our family had been together in years and years.

Great stay for the holidays...

Great stay for my family over the holidays. There was 6 adults and 7 kids during our stay. Everyone was comfortably situated. Nice set up, close to Pier Park and walking distance from the beach. We had a blast!!! Just wished there was a Christmas tree but our stay was perfect!!!

We stayed here in July of...

We stayed here in July of 07 for the baseball world series. This is a great location and we loved the home. The pool is a nice relaxtion spot after a busy day. We loved being able to walk to the beach... We will be coming again in 08 and hopefully we can find an opening at your beautiful home.

Amazing

This house is awesome. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, pullouts in living room. Beds are comfy and the pool is wonderful. All the amenities you need to make a big meal or order out. Quiet neighborhood. 5 minute walk to beach. Would stay here again 100 times. Cannot go wrong.

Spring Break 2023

Me, my husband, and our son stayed here a long with another family of 4 for 3 days. We had a great time. Everything was as advertised. Management was very responsive, and they even provided a list of restaurants to try. The house was a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for 2 pregnant women. We would definitely recommend this listing.

Great family location

House was clean and the location to beach was good especially with the golf cart. The only negative was trying to keep the house cool enough at night for sleeping, we like 68 degrees and thermostat wouldn’t go below 70, but we managed with help of all the ceiling fans. Thanks for sharing your property with us 🙂

“Girls” trip

Rich the property manager was great. Very responsive to issue. Older home with plenty of room, close to beach, airport and near by activities. Unfortunately due to weather variation we were unable to use the pool since it is not heated.

Very spacious, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Plenty of space for our large family to spread out! Really close to the beach and the private pool was a huge plus! Check in was smooth and property owner communicates quickly. I would give this house a 5 star but having to go with a 4 star only because the beds weren’t comfortable (definitely needs new mattresses on all beds) and the ice maker didn’t work in the fridge. Other than that, we loved it and would definitely stay here again given the opportunity!

What a great week we had ...

What a great week we had at your house. It was just perfect. We loved the open kitchen and the covered screened in patio. Of course the kids loved the short walk to the beach and the grat pool. We can tell that you have spent a lot in updates and they look great. We dont think anything could have been better, all the ameneties of home away from home. Thanks for the memories. Had a blast!!!

This house was very roomy for our large family. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was within a 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and away from the crowds. If we weren't at the beach we were spending time outside in the private pool. The pool was the highlight for the Grandkids, it was clean and was at a perfect temperature. We even had our Granddaughter's 13th birthday party outside around the pool. There's a gas grill in the yard so we were able to grill fresh fish and sit outside while the kids swam. Over all it was a wonderful time, we would definitely like to stay here again.

I just wanted to say that...

I just wanted to say that our Family loved your Kelly Street house. It had everything we needed to have a great vacation minus the food. We enjoyed our stay there and would do it again if Jimi wants to rent it, we are all in. The house is beautiful and being so close to the beach was awesome. We used the pool and the patio a lot and the neighbors were friendly and let us pick oranges on Christmas day, how great is that? Thanks for letting us use your place for our Christmas. The house is set up nice and that big table was great for game nights and big dinners. Everything was great and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay close to the beach with a homey atmosphere. 12/18/09 - 12/27/09

Nice House, Good Neighbors, Quarter Mile Walk to Beach

We enjoyed this house. Great layout with four bedroom and two full baths. Wi-Fi, Full laundry room. Covered automatic garage. The pool was a perfect size to watch young kids play in. The location is actually Sunnyside. Walking to the beach is just a little too far when hauling stuff. It's a quarter mile. Plan on driving and parking at the lot on Front Beach Road. That was a minor negative.You are about 10 minutes by car to downtown Panama City Beach. Quiet area and the neighbors are talkative. We will stay here again next year. Tip, Sunnyside Cafe at the end of the Kelly St at Front Beach Rd does great breakfast in the morning and they are inexpensive. Another minor negative would be the cable TV limited channel selection, No movie channels at all, ESPN or Fox News Channel! Would be nice when relaxing for an hour or two. Enjoy!

Not happy

This house was not at all what we expected and sadly not worth the price we paid. There were a bunch of things that we found wrong with the house though I am only going to list the ones that really stood out. First the only way to get into the house was through the front door since in order to open the garage door we would have to go inside and open it and close it from inside as well which makes it a very big inconvenience for when carrying heavy stuff from the cars to the inside of the house. Second we were not able to lock the house from the inside locks unless we wanted to be locked out of the house for good. Third, the floor tiles are coming apart in the rooms, along with the doors and outside of the house in the back looking to be in dis repairs or damage. Fourth, the Pool not cleaned what so ever maybe just chlorinated but that’s all. Fifth, the floors were not cleaned throughout the house and especially in the kitchen where we found two cockroaches one dead and one alive,the chairs near the bar area (which had sand all over them before we even got to the home), along with the bathrooms, we had to re clean everything to make sure it was sanitary for our stay. House was not cleaned that well but instead sprayed with scents to make it seem “clean” I almost forgot to mention, the dirt we found under the sofa bed mattress, I couldn’t believe it. We cleaned that also and disinfected the full sofa, and mattress. Sixth, Grass/property unkept and seems has not been touched since the last visit. Along with garage door seemed it was going to fall apart. Seventh, this house was missing a bunch of kitchen appliances and we had to buy more so that way everyone could have a cup and a plate. Eighth, Closet in the master bed room is missing a bunch of shelves, and seems to be “under renovation”, only has a few old hangers even one being broken. Ninth, Majority of the bed rooms beds are really old and worn out that make it very hard to sleep and makes us feel like the beds are going to break any minute. Not to mention the pictures are very misleading as it’s missing a bunch of stuff, for example beach chairs if we want to lay out and enjoy the sun, pool toys that’s are shown in the picture as well. And the chairs that are provided are super run down and have uneven placement. Overall this place was not what we expected, and this house is not even worth half of that for the time we stayed, very disappointed.
