Amazing!!!

The property was so beautiful and in the perfect location! The pictures and description online fit the property perfectly, and I was very happy with my stay. Super close to the beach, and the backyard/pool area was superb. The property manager was easy to talk with and very accessible as well. My friends and I loved our stay!

Perfect location

We stayed for Jeep jam and it was great! Close enough to everything but far enough away from the late night craziness of the strep. Plenty of room for us all, was able to use the garage which was great for the sudden rains with jeep top off. Looking forward to the next trip

Amazing Stay, Even Better Host!

We got to the house at 10, and our check-in was not until 4 and he let us check in at 12! He was so amazing with communication and the house was absolutely spectacular! The location is SOOO nice! Will definitely be coming again!

Perfect Location

Nice home just outside of PCB...away from the large crowds which is what we wanted. Easy walk to beach. Gated community. Upstairs bedroom was warm at night when door was closed otherwise a perfect place to stay. We will be planning future trips here.

Big yard and lovely pool

The location is fantastic!! The yard is really great for kids to get out and run!! The pool was great! If we had been allowed to go to the beach, the access was right across the street!! The bedrooms were huge and so were the closets!! We were quite content to be quarantined there in the warmth!!

Wonderful week at the Beach!

This was the easiest vacation I have been on from booking, check in and checkout. Nothing was complicated. We arrived at the house, which was perfect and in a small neighborhood. It has a fenced in yard for the kiddos to play safely and the beach access is literally across the street! I couldn't have picked a better place! The owner texted to check in on us, so it was nice to know if anything were to go wrong he was only a text away! Felt comfortable, safe and completely relaxed! Can't wait to go back again!

We had a great stay, the house is beautiful but does need some updating nothing major. The pool needs a light inside the pool to light it up as it was hard to see the bottom and i stepped on a rock that was at the bottom. The host was amazing he communicated very well and responded quickly to any needs. It right across from the beach which was so nice and convenient! We will be back!! Thank you so much

Perfect vacation!

This was my first time to Panama City Beach. My family and I loved everything about the house and beach. House is beautiful and we had everything we needed. Beach was only a few steps away. We loved the pool. Beds are super comfortable. The owner was so nice and helpful. We may just make this our yearly vacation house.

The check in process and communication with the host were exceptional. He even allowed an early check in which was unexpected, but greatly appreciated after a long 16 hour drive! The house was exactly as advertised. The location was phenomenal. The house was exactly what we had hoped. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this place!

My friends and I stayed here during our spring break and had a fantastic experience! The neighborhood was quiet, super close to the beach, had great common spaces to make tons of memories! Not to mention it’s walking distance from a Dunkin Donuts and Walgreens!

Owner was great and quick to respond. Great location and house, pool. Had a few hiccups with codes and especially in getting Wi-Fi which was frustrating but by the end of the week all was taken care of.

Great place

We really enjoyed staying here. The place was nice and very clean. The check in process was easy. The only issue was that the internet never worked during our week stay. I was supposed to work during that week and wasn’t able to because the wifi was down the whole time.

This property is located directly across the street from the beach and the beach access (#95). It is located on the more desirable west end of Panama City Beach. This is the quite, family oriented part of Panama City Beach. No busy road to cross, no hi rises to contend with and all the people that come along with them. Just good family fun.

Property has private pool and back yard for the kids to play in and the family to enjoy there time together. Also located in a gated community of only 45 properties.
