Our luxury resort condo is a DIRECT BEACH WALKOUT to beautiful Lake Erie. Sip your morning coffee or a glass of wine (purchased from a local winery) while relaxing on our covered patio directly on the lake. Master bedroom has king sized bed along with wood bunk beds with a full-size bed on the bottom, twin on top. Second bedroom includes a queen size pillow top bed. Spa amenities include large walk-in shower with 6 separate shower heads, relaxing rainfall shower head, and tiled bench to sit and enjoy being immersed in your luxurious shower. Second bathroom includes a full shower and an extra deep jetted-air tub. Geneva-On-The-Lake is a summer destination for many. This small town became Ohio's first summer resort! A true slice of Americana where John D. Rockefeller, Harvey Firestone and Henry Ford would come to camp, fish and have fun! Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a "girls" get-away, this remains a great place to unwind and have fun! SO MUCH to do: Nearby Wineries. Fantastic local restaurants. Golf. Arcades. Fishing. Geneva State Park (marina w/ fishing charters or dock rental for your own boat, bike rentals, hike/bike paths, zip-line)WE DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS, even if they are small and well behaved. Do not rent for parties. My sister and I had a wonderful time. The place was clean and comfy. The views off the lake were beautiful. My only concern was we were having coffee on the patio and the unit above us appeared to be cleaning their patio. The water above came down on us. Now that being said, we would for sure visit again.

We have stayed in 3 different units in this building and by far, this unit was the coziest. The furniture and colors were very homey. The jetted tub was the great! And the kitchen was perfectly stocked without the usual clutter of a variety of dishes, flatware, etc. I hate digging for what I need! We had some questions on how things worked, and the response time was exceptional.We love this location, and will likely be staying here again in the not too distant future.

We had an amazing girls weekend from start to finish with A1 communication with host! Questions answered immediately and the cleanliness of this unit was the best I have ever stayed in. The kitchen was wonderful as was the whole condo .They had everything you needed for a comfortable stay .The place was very clean ,we absolutely loved the patio and looking out onto the lake .There's an elevator so that was a plus .The pool was ok but we prefer an outdoor pool so that was the only downside ,we would stay here again tho .This was our annual Girls trip and for the last 6 years we have gone to Port Clinton but I wanted to change it up and decided on Geneva which I love .Thank you for a great weekend in your beautiful condo

Beautiful condo and great experience overall. Only concern is that the fact there were only 2 parking spaces was shown only after you booked in the rules and parking/directions portion. We had 7 adults come from all over the state and it made us get creative fast. Likely would not have booked if we would have noticed this pre-booking.

The condo was beautiful, clean, perfect in every way. Loved the location! We are four "Golden Gals" who vacation once a year together. This was year 18 and out first time in Geneva. We always went to Myrtle Beach but no more. If we remain healthy we hope to go back next year

Even better in person! Hosts communicated with me quickly. Room is 2 doors away from the pool and walkout right to the beach! A very short drive to the strip. We’d love to book with them again :)

Perfect place to relax on the lake

This condo was perfect for my family! We loved that it was waterfront with a private beach and a pool! It is also very handicap accessible! My husband uses a walker and he was able to walk down to the beach and to the pool! Anything you could possibly want or need, is in this condo including a lot of family friend games! The beds were super comfortable! My daughter loved the jetted bath tub and I loved the jetted shower!! We will definitely be coming back!!

46th anniversary

It was awesome. The property was exactly as described, the host provided plenty of misc sundries to make our stay hassle free. Everyday was the same: A beautiful sunrise, a convenient beach and pool, the calming sound of surf 24 hrs per day and a beautiful sunset. Clean, relaxing accommodations when we chose to be inside.

I took this picture of Nick the first time we walked into the condo as the new owners. He walked straight through, opened the sliding door, and stepped onto the patio. I felt like he was thinking, "We're finally here.", taking in the beautiful view. Growing up in NE Ohio, Lake Erie, especially the Ashtabula/GOTL area, was a short drive from home. A trip we've made often from Youngstown. Nick has fished Lake Erie his whole life. Nothing like fresh walleye or perch! We enjoy many of the activities of the area, including the wineries and many wonderful local restaurants. And let's not forget the lake, itself! Owning our own place on the lake has been a dream we've shared for awhile. We're happy to welcome you to our home on the lake.
