Thanks for your review. Most people who come to Keystone walk about the same distance from the parking lot. There is a ski storage station next to the lift, so you don't need to carry your equipment daily. The front door shuttle is a convenient alternative.

It is important to read the info sent. Unfortunately you chose to ignore the info provided and insisted on calling me rather then the onsite manager. You also did not read the check in isntructions. You did not a mention a problem with your TV until late evening at the night before checkout. I was not available. once again you did not contact the onsite manager.

I think the property management company was overwhelmed with Coronavirus issues

Large TVs in the bedrooms. Big screen flat TV in the loft. Ideal for game and movie watching.

The light was repaired. There are several thermostats throughout the unit. This is the first I hear a bout a heat problem. Also the windows in each room open. There are several fans in the closets and a large cieleing fan in the living room and a portable AC unit. I sent properly management to check the unit. The unit temp was 68 degrees. All the thermostats were checked and they work properly. It could be that the cooking oven was used and continued to emit heat while all the windows were closed. The thermostat does not cool the unit because there is no central air. So if you turn the thermostat down and keep the windows closed, it could take a long time to cool.

Thank you for the reviews. I try to provide the best experience for my guests. The common facilities of the pool are maintained by the HOA. Opening the patio door at the pool may have provided more fresh air. I wish you had better weather and more opportunity to enjoy the fabulous outdoors.

The guest booked directly with VRBO. There was no communication with the guest other than a message asking for a very late check out that could not be accommodated due to arriving guest. I had many people asking me about the distance from the gondola and I always say it is about 300 yards . People either walk or take the shuttle 1 stop.

There is another thermostat upstairs. Sorry you had missed it.

Thanks for the feedback. The 24 hour property management phone number is provided in the guest info. A phone call would have solved both issues.

New kitchen pots Pyrex etc. Unfortunately, items disappear. We rely on guests to let us know what is missing and what is desired. We replace upon notification. Bed frame was fixed.

You were told there was no Pack-NPlay in the unit. You rented one from the management company directly but did not pay. I had to deal with your rude daughter and fix it for you. I did not get a text from you! We had to order a new kitchen light fixture that is being installed.
