Thanks for staying with us at StayLTD. I don't know how we aren't a full service property because we have multiple thermostats? In the summer months they are usually left in the off position since it's cool mountain air that is desired for relaxing and sleeping. We note that there's no AC in Breckenridge and leaving the windows open at night is the best form of relaxation. Reach out to us next time and we're happy to guide you through the locals best tips and tricks when you're visiting.

Perfect place, perfect location.

Me and a few friends went out to hike a few 14ers. This place is located next to the shuttle to Quandary. It’s located ext to several great eateries, and great shopping. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and value

Great condo located between slopes and downtown Breckinridge. On the bus route as well as walking distance from gondolas for quick mountain access. Perfect size for 3 to 4 adults.

Friend's Getaway

The location of this spot is fabulous. It's clean and as advertised. We enjoyed staying here and having an easy walk to the main street to enjoy Breckenridge.

Great location!

This property served our family's needs well. The location was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The property manager was quick to respond to items we needed (parking pass). Nothing fancy, but no complaints.

Awesome experience

What a beautiful house! Little bit of walk to gondola but great exercise. Snowflake is close to beat the lines! Hot tub was great! House is very warm and relaxing! Host is great and easy to talk to! Check in and check out process simple! Come every year a few times a year and def will stay again!

Perfect location!

Our family of five had a great week at this location! Highlights were that we could walk everywhere so we didn’t have to worry about parking, the hot tub was perfect for our end of days and it was clean and well stocked. The view of the balcony was the parking lot and living room so we didn’t spend any time out there but honestly for the price, it was ok. People upstairs were a bit loud but we turned up our noisemakers to drown them out. Overall, it was a pretty perfect for us!

Thank you for staying with us. We did in fact refund your security deposit. Unfortunately your replies did not come through from Vrbo, but we did respond separately. Unfortunately you decided to wait just one day after checkout expecting a security deposit refund when we process them weekly not immediately. While we communicated with you during your stay, it’s unfortunate that this resulted in a one star review when your state was exceptional according to other correspondence, sorry for the inconvenience and that our messages went to your spam filter after checkout.

Not ski in ski out. Couldn’t even walk to town easily.

Not ski in ski out was not close to any thing. Walked 15 minutes every day. Ridiculous

We’ll Ryan not sure where you stayed but this review is off the mark. The 4oclock run was open so you could ski right back to the condo parking lot, the gondola is across the street and you’re on Park ave downtown. Towns a mile long and you’re in the middle of it so not sure how it took so long to walk places. Regardless thanks for the stay, reach out next time or follow the detailed info we provide to make your stay smoother.

Great location, old unit

This unit has not been updated at all. The beds really were our biggest complaint as they were very hard. Great location and the owner was accommodating with any issues we came across.

Glad we were albe to take care of you. Sorry you weren't a fan of the beds, its tough to hit everyone's personal preference. We recently updated, painted, new floors etc. The appliances are getting upgraded once they become available again... out of stock.

Great location but thats all.

DVD’s did not work, TV remotes did not work, balcony door did not lock, being on a floor where access from outside is easy I find safely issues. Location was great! Washer and dryer would have been nice since we travel light and i could wash my cloths, oh and don’t think you will receive much relaxing time or don’t go to sleep early because upstairs people wont let you sleep because of running and jumping, too expensive not to have quite time.

Hey Besa thanks for the stay. Sorry the upstairs neighbors were loud during your visit. Unfortunately we don't manage that condo. We don't have any DVD's in the condo since all the tv's are smart TV's. While the remotes weren't like the ones you had at home they do work. Sorry you had a rough time. Hope your next stay is a good one.
