It was a nice place! But it did have a few maintenance things that could be looked at to be fixed . Just minor stuff like a toilet that ran and headboards on beds were lose. Nothing major just needed a few tweaks! Overall a good place to stay!

The condo is older but the beds are new and comfortable. We loved the patio with the stream running behind it. It was so nice to sit out there and listen to it. It confirms for 5 adults. Limited baking options but we were able to make it work. (No 9x13 casserole pan, just an 8x 11. No cookie sheets. ) Good for the value.

We loved the place and location.Did not know it was on 3rd floor…we are 70 plus in 9000’ elevation.Home, space, moving water in creek/river was wonderful. One suggestion …we knew nothing about Breckenridge. Surely there are maps or things to do,suggestions etc. That could be left for travelers coming to visit.Yes we would do it again.Thanks,

Had a great time! Great location, roomy place

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a 5min walk to the Peak 9 lift in the mornings, 2min walk to the hot tubs, 8min into town. The room had plenty of room for 5 of us, was very clean. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed Oktoberfest

Clean, well stocked unit. Extremely comfortable beds, Great location. Close to shuttle, pool & 4 hot tubs just across the parking lot. The unit backs up to a Beautiful stream. Check in and out extremely easy. Will definitely stay there again!!!

Close to everything, feels private

Beautiful space with woods behind, short walk to lift and town. Our family had a great stay here and enjoyed our time. Things are a little dated, but are charming and all work well. Enough space and amenities for all, really loved the feel of being tucked away in the woods above a stream, but being so close to all of the hustle and bustle.

Good location, good value

Good value. A bit of an icy hike with skis to the lift. Path should have been cleared, especially the icy bridge you must cross. Apt nicely equipped. You might want to bring your own pillows.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location. Place had a bee hive or wasps nest in a window. Many found there way inside and the deck was unusable due to amount of bees.

Very spacious condo with plenty of room for 5 adults. Loft is a little awkward to climb up to but bed was comfortable. Condo lacks a few cooking accessories (baking sheet, large skillets) but all appliances work great. Would stay again on our next visit.

None of the bathroom sinks drained properly; water would build up from use and take a long time to go down the drain. To check in/out, you have to go to a separate location downtown, unlock a mailbox with your name on it using a given code, then grab a packet with keys/info inside. To check out, you have to go back and drop the keys off in a dropbox. The process is just a little inconvenient.

This was not a ski in/ski out property. This is not a place to plan on cooking meals as the kitchen equipment was woefully inadequate-like no strainer????? This is 10,000 feet elevation in cold, dry country with no humidifier.

While not a ski in, ski out, the unit is just a 5 minute walk to the base of Peak 9. We apologize that the unit was missing some items you would have liked to see—we wish you had called our office and let us know while you were in house as we stock many items would have been more than happy to have them delivered to your unit. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very enjoyable, relaxing. Only very minor issues that did not detract form the overall experience. (Minor issues: could not get the dishwasher to work. Tried to call Ski Country Management, but phone options did not include a "maintenance" or "report a problem" option. Sent a text, but no response and did not know if it was received. It was the last day, so it did not effect our stay. Other minor issue, all the knives were very dull. Was a little dangerous trying to cut with such a dull knife. Overall we enjoyed the accommodations. Very spacious and comfortable. Overall it was a fair value for the price.

Family Ski Vacation 2022

The pictures provided are an accurate representation of the property. It is spacious and very comfortable. The check-in/check-out process is also seemless and very efficient. Which is much appreciated after a long days drive. However, there are a few things that need to be replaced. (The mattress on the fold out couch is extremely worn down and rutted, cooking skillets are warped and small and only 1 serving bowl provided). These items did not interfer with our stay and we were able to improvise meal preparation without too much problem. One other item I feel needs mentioned is the lack of a mattress in the loft. What is provided is more like a foam mattress topper. It works okay, but is not really a bed. On the positive side, the condo was very clean and they provided plenty of towels, plates, silverware, cooking utensils, glasses, cookie sheets and even a crockpot. Also, having 3 bathrooms was a plus! It is conviently located across the street from the pool/hot tub complex. The condo is just a short walk (less than 5 min) to both town and the ski lift. It was also nice surprise to find several sleds in the closet for our use. I would most definitely stay here again!
