KBM Resorts is proud to represent this charming 1-bedroom, 2-bath Copperbottom Inn. This mountain retreat is perfect for a couple or small family or, if renting several of our 9 units, for groups traveling together. Enjoy a good book and snuggle into a blanket next to the crackling wood fireplace.

Within this upgraded, 600-square-foot residence, your family will feel right at home, with all the comforts one would expect. Guests enjoy access to a common hot tub and sauna on-site, as well (Hot tub is open from December through April 15th - closed summer). The condo sleeps 2 in beds, 3 with sofabed. (Sofa Sleeper not to exceed 70lbs)

Kitchen: Start your day in the boutique-size kitchenette with all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury vacation rental. Your kitchenette also features a small stainless oven and dishwasher. There is a table set for three.

Living: After an active day playing golf, mountain biking, or skiing/boarding, come home and relax in the comfy family room and relax by the crackling wood fireplace.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private deck, a closet and an en-suite bathroom with a dual shower/tub.

The bedroom features a warm duvet and luxury 400-thread-count linens, pillows and a flatscreen TV.

Bathrooms: There is an additional bathroom with a dual bathtub and shower.

There is a sofa bed in the living room (not to exceed 70lbs). Please do not exceed the sleeping capacity of 4 in this property.

Parking: One parking space outside is available, but with just steps to the free city-wide shuttle, transportation is a snap. Location:

Location:The Copperbottom Inn is ideally located for shopping, dining and exploring Park City Mountain. A Starbucks and Fresh Market are right around the corner.

Good option for skiing

Had everything I needed: 5-7 min walk to lifts, even shorter to Fresh Market, Walgreens and Christy’s for ski rentals. Very convenient to bus stops to get to Main St. or Canyons. A little dated, but comfortable and had everything I needed.

Cute condo in Park City

Nice property close to free public transportation, grocery store, drug store and Starbucks. Perfect for a couple or small family. Property was clean and well stocked. The property manager Judy was courteous and helpful.

Recommend for skiing

We used the free transportation system w a stop right outside our door. It took us to the slopes and to downtown. If we didn’t want to wait, it’s a 10 mins walk to the mountain. Fresh Market was a 5 min walk to get our provisions. We did enjoy 2 fires during our stay but it does have a wood burning odor in the condo if your sensitive to that. I would recommend for a couples retreat.

Easy process, great location

Enjoyed our family time here. Didn't have to rent a car to get to slopes, very conveniently located where we were able to walk. Close to market. Hot tub was clean and nice! Overall, satisfied with the place.

Great location and perfect siize for 2

Great location for all 3 resorts with Jans ski shop literally next door. Wood burning fireplace with wood stocked for your evenings. No frills but that’s not what we were looking for. We will be back.
