Bella Vista Happiness

We totally relaxed and enjoyed every minute of our Bella Vista stay. The accommodations were wonderful and the views spectacular. Our hosts were friendly and warm and were available for any thing that we might have a question about. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful views

It was very quiet condo with lovely views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a very relaxing time. We saw dolphins and stingrays from the balcony.

A happy place

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this apartment for a month during July/August 2021. We highly recommend it and would stay again. In fact, we hinted to the owners a few times that we wanted to buy the unit. Pros: Very clean and well maintained; Extremely well appointed (all necessary amenities for a long stay); Fine furnishings (leather couch, comfortable beds, original old-world artwork); Great views (view of the ocean from front room and front balcony, sweeping view of the intercoastal waterway from back rooms and large back balcony and a very interesting side view of a nearby apartment building); Very responsive and helpful owners; St. Pete Beach is across the street (an easy five-minute walk to long stretch of a great white sand beach); Quiet apartment building; The apartment is brighter than pictured (it is a happy place); and Enough room for a larger family. Cons: Internet was a bit slow (good enough for basic work, but not quite good enough for business video calls or movie streaming). Regardless, slow internet is the norm in the area, so you probably cannot do better at other nearby apartments in the St. Petersburg area.

Beautiful setting.

Watch dolphins and manatees from the balcony of this lovely, very spacious and beautifully decorated condo. Across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and within walking distance of the famous Don Cesar Hotel.

My husband and I are original owners of Bella Marguerite and live in Tampa which is right across the Howard Franklin bridge. We live within 30 minutes of the condo and can be at Bella Marguerite if for any reason you need assistance.

Varför värden valde detta boende

If you like fishing and boating this is the place to be. Bella Marguerite is located on Boca Ceiga Bay where you can cruise and navigate through the inland waters and have lunch at any of the waterfront restaurants. Easy Access to the Gulf of Mexico allows you to catch the big one! Shell Island, Bunces pass and Egmont Key are minutes away via boat.
Location is fantastic with Pass a grille beach and Tierra Verde nearby.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Watch the sunset on the front balcony and see the beautifully lite up downtown St Pete, Tropicana stadium and Pinellas Bayway bridge at night on the rear balcony.
