Sunny remodeled 1950s ranch house on a quiet cul-de-sac near wine country. Fast WiFi (500+mbps), TV w/RoKu, indoor/outdoor dining, gas grill, fire pit, full kitchen, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Central air conditioning and heating. Garage and driveway parking. Great for couples, small groups, or small families: 3 bedrooms (primary with king bed, guest with queen bed, and office with futon/twin). Lockable garage for equipment storage. Professionally managed and cleaned using local businesses.

Access/Privacy
This is a one-story single family home on a private lot and no one else lives on the property, but we are only 5 minutes away if you need anything. Keyless check-in and check-out. Dead-end/cul-de-sac street. One-car size lockable garage. Privacy screen fence around back patio. Large fully fenced yard.

NOTES:
-There is a whole house SmartHome protection system with exterior security cameras, motion sensors, noise monitors, plus touchy smoke/CO detectors.
-If bringing pet/pets, must pay pet fee during booking.
-Primary booking person must be 26+ years of age. GuestReady will verify identity. Per license and insurance, max 5 humans allowed.
-We have a new hyper-vigilant neighbor who will call us repeatedly if you have more than 3 cars or more than 5 humans at our house. NO parties, NO events, NO "get-togethers". Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am.
-Purchase trip insurance. No refunds are available for last minute cancellations. No date changes accepted after 48hrs of original booking.

Home Away From Home

This house was perfect for our long stay. It had everything we needed -- from a garage to fast wifi -- there were so many nice little touches that we felt right at home. Thanks for hosting us!

Cute and Cozy!

My friends and I had a great time staying at the rustic retreat! It was in a convenient location and the neighborhood was quiet. The only “hiccup” we had was when we realized that one bed was smaller than the rest (I believe a twin vs the Queens), which is on us, and if I’m being nit picky the house could’ve used a bit more dusting. This didn’t affect our stay, however, and was overall very comfortable! We definitely enjoyed having a grill as well!

A peaceful refuge

We were in town for my mom's funeral and we hoped to find a place where we could relax before, during, and after the hectic gather of family and friends that such an event brings. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt at peace. This lovely retreat was decorated so tastefully and I felt a calmness right away. The owners put a lot of thought into little details that I appreciated like the motion sensor lights that come on under the counters in the kitchen when I made my way for early morning coffee. This was a great find.

Great GJ Home Away from Home

Came in for my daughter’s college graduation with the family. We typically stay at a hotel but this was such a better deal AND we had the ability to make good coffee every morning. Great place, will likely stay again when she graduates again next year.

Peace and quiet on a dead end street surrounded by families and farm land. Large yard. Close, but not too close, to highway 50 to get you to wine country or scenic spaces quickly.

The owners use the home for themselves when visiting family in the area and so it is stocked with lots of useful items, especially the kitchen. Free parking, fast wifi, comfy beds, central a/c, and privacy are all big draws for this property.
